Located in the luxurious gated Fairways at Mauna Lani community, surrounded by beautiful tropical landscaping, and a short stroll away from the exquisite pool with waterfall. Enjoy listening to the tropical birds and the breeze blowing through the palm trees while sipping your favorite cocktail on the private lanai with built in BBQ, dining area and cozy lounge chairs.

Mauna Lani Fairways 1601 is the perfect spot to enjoy your vacation on the beautiful island of Hawaii. The location is spectacular, including its proximity to coastal walking paths, some of the best snorkeling on the island just a short stroll away, access to the private and gated Beach Club, and world-renowned golf courses.

You will enjoy the comfortable open floor plan with kitchen, dining, living room and a large lanai with outdoor kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped for all of your needs and features granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. The spacious living room with vaulted ceiling has plenty of seating for your family and a flat screen TV equipped with cable. The dining area seats 4, plus 2 bar stools at the kitchen counter. This home is designed for up to 4 guests, with separate sleeping areas on the first and second floor. The large main upstairs bedroom includes a King-sized bed and ensuite large bathroom, with separate jetted tub and shower, a Smart TV for streaming your favorite programs or movies, and private balcony overlooking the tropical gardens. The Downstairs bedroom features two twin beds, and Smart TV for streaming. Directly next to the downstairs bedroom is a bathroom with tub/shower combo. Modern conveniences such as WiFi, central air conditioning, washer/dryer, dishwasher and a private garage will make your stay comfortable and convenient. Please note that the garage sizes are small & will accommodate compact to midsize cars only.

The Fairways at Mauna Lani complex sprawls over 20 acres and includes a tropical free-form 75,000 gallon pool with attached keiki (kiddie) pool and a beautiful spa with flowing waterfall. Your vacation at the Fairways includes access to the spectacular gated Beach Club. The Beach Club is a short 2 miles away, and features a pristine white sand beach, lifeguard on duty, and the Napua restaurant. The snorkeling at the Beach Club offers some of the best snorkeling on the island in a protected cove. The Beach Club offers also features lounge chairs and a grassy lawn. You can also access beach toys, including kayaks, snorkeling equipment and stand-up paddle boards for rent. For workout enthusiasts, the Fairways Fitness Center features machines for cardio and weight training. Unique features we love are the two fruit gardens with bananas, lemons, mangos, avocados and papayas and an herb garden with a variety of herbs. A short drive away are six of the best beaches in Hawaii, including Hapuna Beach, Beach 69, and the Mauna Kea Beach. The Kohala Coast also features seven golf courses within 7 miles of Sandy Feet Retreat.

We love our location on the Kohala Coast due to its proximity to the most beautiful beaches on the island, excellent snorkeling nearby, the clean and quiet atmosphere, and delicious restaurants a short walk away.

*Mauna Lani Fairways pool will be closed tentatively for a portion of October 2025 8AM -4PM daily - reopening at 5PM - 9PM.
