This first-floor apartment is about 100 sqm with a 50 sqm terrace. This apartment has three entrances, two are from the garden into the living room and one is from the garden on to the terrace and from there into the kitchen.
The apartment has a well-equipped kitchen. There is a gas oven and gas rings, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, a toaster and both Italian moka and filter coffee machines. There is also a washing machine.
From the kitchen you can walk into the large living room where you will find fireplace, dining area and lounge area furnished with chairs and a wicker-work sofa. There is a sofa which converts to a double bed.
From the living room there is a corridor leading to the bedrooms. The first bedroom, on the left, has two bunk beds and a large wardrobe, then there is a bedroom with double bed followed by a bedroom with double bed and a single bed, and en-suite bathroom with shower. At the end of the corridor there is a single sofa bed and a large bathroom with shower cubicle. Air conditioning in the living room, gangway and 2 bedrooms.
The terrace has a wrought iron gazebo with chairs and a large marble table and there are four sunbeds. In the garden is an external hot shower and there is a barbecue.
Guests also have at disposal our private strip of Maremma pinewood with botanic route and beach with some facilities available such as dressing room, water, bathroom, deckchairs and sun umbrellas, 1 km of distance, small car parking available.

Our house is only 300 m from the beach and it is surrounded by numerous pine trees. On the approx. 1200 sqm plot, the two-storey villa houses 3 apartments, each with its own terrace. You can walk to the center of the town, where numerous concerts and cultural events take place on its beach promenade in the summer months. Because of the many attractive leisure activities in the village, it is not easy to decide to go out or to stay comfortably at the house with its garden.
And about 1000 m from the apartments north of "Marina di Castagneto" there is also a private property with a botanical path and sitting areas, as well as a dressing room, toilet, water, sun loungers and parasols.
Marina di Castagneto Carducci is located on the Etruscan coast, south of Livorno and about 30 km from Piombino, the port as a departure point for the island of Elba. Marina is a beautiful quiet village on the crystal clear Tuscan sea. From Marina di Castagneto Carducci you can visit some beautiful medieval villages such as Bolgheri (famous for its Sassicaia wine) or Massa Marittima, as well as the Etruscan necropolis of Populonia (25 km).
