Holy cow! Where do I start? The house is absolutely amazing, very spacious, well stocked, very clean and in a great location. The views are amazing. The beds are extremely comfortable. Best sleep at a VRBO ever. The host Nancy was very responsive. The house is well stocked. Just pick up a couple bottles of wine and some groceries and you’re good to go. My wife love the kitchen. The kitchen is amazing. Everything you need including spices are there.When I come back to Sedona, I’m staying here.

Our stay was absolutely perfect! The house was beautiful, with stunning views and top-notch amenities. The hot tub was the perfect place to relax and unwind after our hikes. There was plenty of space for everyone — whether we were watching TV, enjoying the scenic views, or just sitting and chatting. The beds were super comfortable, and the linens were high quality. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would definitely come back!

Great property

Beautiful property. Walking distance to restaurants, shops and hiking trails. Beds were very comfortable and the layout of the house was great for a large group. Lots of nice outdoor seating.

Perfect serenity in Sedona

Our family had a wonderful time in Sedona! It was our first time there and re-rented a gorgeous home up high surrounded by the red rocks of Sedona! It was located in uptown and it was a perfect location as we were close to many restaurants, shopping, and we could walk from the home to these locations. The host Nancy was so accommodating and wanted to make sure we had a wonderful time! The home is beautiful and was equipped with everything you could possibly ask for and ! This is the perfect home to make special memories with family and friends!

Girls Trip

The owner of the property was SO responsive. Any message I sent (before or during the stay) she responded to within a few minutes. House was great. Location is perfect (walking distance to stores and restaurants). You can’t beat the view from the hot tub. Highly recommend!

Amazing property! Nancy thought of everything—kitchen is fully stocked, with every cooking tool you could need. Home furnishings and bedding are really high quality, and so comfortable. Views are spectacular. Hot tub is easy to use, very clean and offers great views of red rocks.Best VRBO experience I’ve had!

Clean, spacious, beautiful property

Group included myself/husband, our 14 yr old son, and 3 grandparents. Property was beautiful and clean and the layout was nice for our group. The grandparents especially enjoyed having en suite bathrooms. Views from 1st floor (especially den and the patio) were incredible. Kitchen was well supplied and instructions were clear. Wonderful to see all the stars from the hot tub. 10 min walk to uptown restaurants and shops but super quiet and restful neighborhood. Didn’t need to communicate with owner during stay so can't comment on that but check in was easy.

Tennis & hiking getaway

Lovely spacious property with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Good location walkable to town and spectacular views. We enjoyed hiking around the area, a trip to the Grand Canyon and several tennis coaching sessions at Paco Diablo with Jake (recommend him if you want some individual or group coaching) Enjoyed cooking at the house several evenings and relaxing doing puzzles or watching the night sky from the hot tub. Check in was easy, Nancy super responsive, all the instructions were clear. Love love love Sedona

Beautiful house - highly recommend

The house was in a great location - close to shops, hiking trails, wineries and attractions. The house is even better than the pictures and description. We had a large group (7 adults) and the house was spacious and perfect for a large group. It was also so well stocked with everything needed for a week stay. Host is extremely responsive. I highly recommend!

Family Gathering in Sedona

Chic Uptown home does not do it justice! Beautiful home, nicely appointed, and very convenient to the village. This home is very comfortable and provides the perfect set up for a family gathering. We enjoyed walking to the village, visiting with one another by the fire in the evening, star gazing, and sunset/sunrise views. The host was responsive and check in process was seamless. A five star stay!!

Heaven on earth

This house is even better than advertised. We had a group of 7 ladies and we spent 3 nights here. The owners have thought of everything. Gorgeous design, every need was met with high end supplies, fantastic location. We had views of the mountains and wildlife. The beds were very comfortable. The hot tub was a great way to spend some time. We ended up staying in two of our nights because we were so active during the day and the house was so comfortable that we didn't want to leave. Wonderful property. Do not hesitate to book this home. Thank you for making our vacation fabulous.

Perfect stay in the heart of Uptown Sedona

Our stay at this beautiful home was excellent on all fronts! The location is close enough to walk to the "action" of Uptown Sedona, but also tucked away up the hill in a very quiet, tranquil neighborhood. The minute we walked in the door we felt welcomed and relaxed. The design and decor are stunning as well as comfortable and inviting. Great care is taken to provide all the essentials plus lots of extras for a great stay. The beds are super comfortable and there's plenty of room in all of the bedrooms. The master bedroom is a true retreat with everything you need to pamper yourself and get a great night's sleep. The kitchen is very well equipped and open to the living area. We really appreciated the stocked walk-in pantry, coffee and tea station and all of the counter space. The crown jewels of this property are the beautiful views and outdoor living space in both the front and the back of the house. All of this exceeded our expectations. We did not want to leave, as we really got into the red rock canyon and Sedona vibe - all made possible by a gracious host. Thank you!

Girls Trip!

Wow! This house was absolutely FABULOUS! It was close to restaurants & shopping, the area was beautiful! The scenery all around the house was amazing of all of the red rock mountains! The hot tub was very clean, the entire house was decorated so nice! Everything about this house was perfect! We will definitely be back!!!

Amazing house with fabulous views

I celebrated my 60th birthday with 4 friends. The house was more beautiful than the pictures on line. The location is great, close to everything. And the views - wow! The house is fantastic inside and out. They have everything you need to have a fun and relaxing time.

Rhis property was amazing. It had plenty of space and enough bedrooms and bathrooms. It was very well stocked with every essential and very nicely decorated. Everything we needed was there. Perfect Spot in Sedona

My sisters and I travel a lot and enjoy VRBO vacations. This home was perfect for our first stay in Sedona. The kitchen was very well stocked which my sisters and I enjoyed as we love cooking together. The close walk to town allowed us to enjoy dinner/drinks and walk home. Very clean, the host was super responsive and the views were awesome! Thank you for sharing your home!

We feel fortunate to have found our 'Manzanita Casita' in April 2020. It has been completely remodeled from top to bottom, and inside and out. We look forward to sharing our home with you and welcome you, your family and guests!

We are a Retired military family, have lived in a number of states and countries, but we kept returning to what we consider one of the most beautiful places on earth-SEDONA. We love to hike, travel, shop, boat, jet ski, watch movies, exercise, cook and play family games. We were married here in 1992 and Sedona has always held a very special place in our hearts.

Sedona features incredible red rock vistas, many of which you can enjoy even from your bedroom window. Hiking trails are less than a mile away and you can walk to the Uptown shops and restaurants in about 8 minutes. Sedona is renowned for its talented local artisans, music festivals and holistic places to relax, rejuvenate and reconnect on your vacation.

We spent 2 years remodeling this beautiful Uptown Sedona home back to it's original glory. It's located on a cul-de-sac, it's quiet and feels private from the nearby 8 min. walk to the Uptown Shops & Restaurants. It sleeps (8) so you will enjoy spending time with your family & friends to enjoy a space that is comfortable with room to spread out. You can easily walk to nearby Jordan Trail trailhead, numerous Uptown Shops/Boutiques & restaurants such as Chipotle, The Vault, Elote Cafe restaurants to name just a favorite few, JEEP tours, so it helps when parking is a premium.

We have books, games and a DVD library to share as well to enjoy as well as the 85" HDTV in the family room to enjoy in down time. We hope you find the amenities comfortable and relaxing and that you enjoy our home as much as we do!

Significant outdoor patio space, some which is covered patios with seating for stargazing is most enjoyable. Listen to your favorite music by downloading the HEOS app, and listen through the outdoor/indoor speakers and enjoy the wildlife and views of the surrounding Red Rocks. Napoleon Gas Grill, suits most chefs with the searing burner for those fantastic steaks!

New Bullfrog Hot tub that seats (6) to enjoy off the private backyard patio. Great way to enjoy the cooler evenings Sedona has to offer.

We added in our remodel a Steam Room in the Master bath space separate from the Shower for those colder winter evenings, a whole house Audio - "HEOS app" that can be dowloaded to your phone, hook to the house WIFI and stream your favorite music which you can play in several rooms and at both front & back outdoor covered patios.

3 King bedroom suites, 2 of which have private on-suite baths, and 1 with direct access into shared bath. Level 2 EV Charging NEMA 1450 outlet in the garage, just bring your charging cord & adapter.
