Prepare grand meals or on-the-go snacks in the full kitchen, complete with a floating island and all the cupboard room you could ever want. The bedrooms are comfortable and spacious, with ample room for personal effects. The main bedroom is the epitome of comfort, with a lovely en suite bathroom, fireplace, TV, and a private entrance to the balcony. Kids will love bunking down and making memories in the loft with the bunk beds. For those who need to stay connected, an office is available for remote working. Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
