-This home does not have Central Air. (1) Freestanding AC unit is provided in the living room
- You will not have access to the ground level patio
- Home has (1) set of stairs when entering the home from front door.
-(2) Designated parking spots are provided, (1) garage and (1) tandem driveway spot located on the LEFT Side of the property.
- You will not have access to the Right Garage or Driveway Parking.
-Garage is suitable for Mid size SUVs , compact vehicles are recommended.
-This Home does not include a washer or dryer (there is a laundromat nearby)
- This property does not allow pets of any kind but will accommodate service animals. If a pet is brought to the property without notification, a charge of $499 plus tax and applicable fees will be charged to your reservation.
