NOTE:
1) Guests must be 25 or older to book. Rental Agreement & Security Hold: Guests must e-sign our rental agreement and Must submit a $500 off-platform security hold that will be collected upon signing rental agreement but it will not be placed until 2 days prior to arrival and released 7 days after departure, if no damages are reported. Please note we are API Connected to a hotel-style software called OwnerRez to safely and securely take off-platform security deposits.
2) Up to 2 dogs are welcome, with a maximum weight limit of 50 lbs. Please refer to the house rules for additional details.
3) The home is located in a well-maintained neighborhood with contracted snow removal, but winter weather can be unpredictable. We strongly recommend using 4-wheel drive vehicles or snow chains during winter visits. Refunds will not be issued for inclement weather, so we encourage purchasing travel insurance to avoid disappointment.
4) Visitors are not permitted unless prior approval is requested and granted by the host.
5) For security purposes, we have exterior surveillance covering the parking area, back deck, cottage entrance, and front door. There are NO interior cameras.
6) We cannot accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs for same-day turnovers.
7) For days without same-day turnovers, early check-ins and late check-outs are available at the following rates: $100 for up to 2 hours, $250 for 2 to 4 hours, and a full day’s rate for over 4 hours.
8) An additional guest fee applies for parties exceeding 14 guests.
9) Please note that for cancellations of bookings made on platforms other than Airbnb, a Stripe card processing fee of 3% will be deducted from the total refund.
