Take some time to relax and recharge at this safe, clean, quiet, cozy “Tropical Getaway.” This quaint property is a 3 Bed / 2 Bath home away from home ideal for the entire family. Perfect for a weekend getaway, business trip or a cozy home base while exploring everything Florida has to offer. Even though you are only located a few miles from the beaches and shopping, you’ll feel a world away from life’s hustle and bustle. We hope you find that our home includes everything you need to feel right at home.

From the complimentary coffee bar enjoy your coffee on the screened porch. Sit on the swing or rocking chairs and enjoy all the nature and the serene back yard. The back porch is a perfect spot for your meals with a BBQ grill and table and chairs for dining. We are dog friendly up to 20 lbs with a pet fee. You must disclose if you are bringing a dog at booking. Any dog over 20 lbs requires special permission. NO CATS. Sleeps 6 comfortably. Master bedroom with king bed, smart tv, and en suite. Second bedroom has a queen bed. Third bedroom has a twin bed with trundle bed (2 twins). Each room accommodated with ceiling fan and ice cold central air. "Tropical Getaway" is close to shopping, restaurants and churches. A short drive to beaches, Jackie Robinson Training Complex, McKee Gardens, Headwaters Lake and local breweries. HOUSE RULES:
Please review house rules with all guests staying.
Guests agree to the following HOUSE RULES prior to booking:

-Minimum age requirement is 25 years old for renting.
-Guests are not permitted to exceed listed occupancy in accordance with local laws.
-Cars must be in driveway and cannot be parked in yard/street or at neighbors. (2 car occupancy) Guests do not have access to garage.
-This home is strictly a NON SMOKING home. Absolutely NO smoking or vaping is allowed inside of home.
Smoking/Vaping is Only Allowed Outside and butts must be thrown away in the outdoor garbage cans.
-This is a very quiet family neighborhood: no loud music/parties/large gatherings or events. We do not allow parties. Noise travels easily in such a quiet place so we kindly ask that all noise be kept to a minimum past 9 pm.
-No yelling, fights or disputes tolerated.
-Excessive trash pickups will be $20 fee per occurrence.
-Linen must be used on the living room couch and / or air mattress if used for sleeping.
-Guests are expected to clean up spills and keep rooms tidy. Floors should be mopped and swept if needed due to spills, foot tracks, or pets.
-Any and all damage needs to be reported immediately to host.
-Excessive cleanings or abuse due to spills or dishes/food will result in a minimum $250 fee.
_ We run on septic system, so we ask you do not flush anything other than TP down the toilets. Even "flushable" wipes cannot be flushed as it clogs the septic.

- Pests: We love Florida living and all that comes with it....even the wildlife.
Guests should keep in mind we share our environment with a variety of wildlife here in Florida including insects, reptiles, birds and more. While we do have regular pest control, you may see some of these friends during your stay. Keeping doors & windows closed and keeping food stored & sealed properly are ways to ensure they won't come in. We cannot control Mother Nature and therefore do not refund for bugs or critters found inside or outside of property.

DOGS:
- Must disclose at booking if you have a dog, size and breed.
- Non-disclosure of dog will be considered a major house rule violation and will result in dismissal from the property.
-Pet fee of $50 per dog is required.
-House trained dog ok. (Up to 20 lbs) No cats.
-Pets are not allowed on any furniture.
-Dog waste must be cleaned from the yard and disposed of in outdoor trash can.
-No excessive barking.
-Dogs must be on a leash and supervised at all times when outside.

-Guests will be asked to leave the residence for significant violations (in accordance with house, local, and state laws) and do so with the understanding they will not be refunded their deposit or any remaining nights on their reservation.
