This two-story modern retreat house is the perfect spot to rest and relax. Whether for business or vacation, this home provides all the amenities for a home away from home. It sleeps 6 comfortably with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the first floor and the kitchen is located on the second floor. Located in a quiet neighborhood only minutes from downtown New Orleans, the Convention Center, Bourbon St. and the French Quarter.
This cozy spot is located towards the back of the property (2640 1/2) and is situated in a very quiet and friendly neighborhood with private parking available. It has many of NOLA famous locations nearby. You will have full access to this private home. This comfortable living space has everything you need to make you feel at home.

Comfortable stay in the Big Easy

The property was very clean and comfortable. It is an easy 15 minute drive to the French Quarter or Warehouse District. The owners were very responsive to every question and reached out a few times to make sure everything was ok. Loved the quiet location and cozy accommodations. I would definitely stay here again!

Nice property!

Very enjoyable stay. The guest house is spacious, nicely designed and very clean. It’s in a quiet neighborhood across the bridge so will need to plan for parking or ride share if going into the main tourist areas. Awesome hosts.

Beautiful and Cozy Property

My family and I absolutely loved our stay here and will be requesting this property every time we visit New Orleans. Property was clean, cozy and perfect for what we needed. TVs in every room, comfortable and modern living spaces, just a great place to stay. And the host was absolutely amazing and accommodating, so much so that we stayed an extra day. Will definitely stay again!!

The hosts are extremely nice and even helped us back in a trailer and tarp an ATV. We are still so grateful to Sigrid and Mike for helping us. The property is immaculate and in a good neighborhood. I will definitely be coming back here when I come back to New Orleans.

say yes to this place

Was a great location and tons of space. Close to Xavier and lots of stores. Only issue was the water bug in room 6😬! It was huge but my husband found and killed it. We had to wash the sheets cause it was on the bed and we were freaked out. That was the only hiccup and I didn't report because we handled it and didn't have any other issues. Overall it was a great stay. Lots of rooms amazing backyard. Host were friendly, helpful and responded quickly!

The BEST!!

I have stayed in Vrbo rentals, AirBnbs, resorts, and even Timeshares so across the world and this is by far one of THEE BEST that I've ever stayed in. The location is great. Very easy to get to poplar areas but also has a gas station and Waffle House almost in the backyard. The residence was easy to access, immaculately cleaned, well organized, and spacious! The rooms are huge and the best secret is that it has 6 bedrooms and not 5 of which bathrooms were either in the room or a Jack and Jill style for all rooms except 2 of the 6. There is a HUGE refrigerator that is already stocked with water and snacks for you to enjoy. There are detailed instructions posted for everything and each room is numbered so you can easily find them (that was a great idea)! The hosts respond quickly or even BEFORE time for any thing that you need. There are absolutely no complaints about this residence. If you are thinking about, don't. JUST BOOK IT!
