Overall 5 Star rating. Guy and Josie were awesome and always available if needed but never intrusive. Property was clean and had everything we needed and more. Neighborhood was not what we expected but in no way unsafe or dirty. Just some farm animals in the neighborhood but it was kinda cool. Especially the rooster crowing in the mornings. They were fenced and never an issue. The only animals roaming around in the front yard were white tail deer, mule deer, and the owners very friendly cat who visited from time to time. Located only a short drive from the north entrance to Yellowstone National Park. Very scenic and easy drive. This place was very nice and would definitely book with Guy and Josie again.

So well thought out and comfortable! They definitely have an eye for hospitality. All the little things matter and it was very appreciated in this house. We travel for work and this was one of the top places to home base for a couple of days.

Great spot to stay while seeing some shows at Pine Creek Lodge. Fully stocked kitchen and tons of extra linens. Guy was helpful with some Yellowstone tips, and provided some local treats for us to enjoy during our stay.

We had the best hosts ever!

The apartment was very homey and had everything you could think of plus little extras like bread, milk, eggs and butter and frozen treats. So quiet with a beautiful view and their kitty was there to greet us! We love cats and missed our kitty at home.

Guy was by far the most accommodating host. His kindness is over the top. His loft was very well stocked in the kitchen and bathroom. The loft was very comfortable and the variety of pillows to choose from for a good nights sleep was a plus. We would definitely stay there again if returning to the area .

Guy's place was a perfect place for our first trip to Montana. The place was super clean and the amenities were perfect. We will be returning and looking to stay here again. Guy is very informative and the location is great for both Livingston and Bozeman attractions.

This property is amazing, so clean and comfortable. Out host Guy was just brilliant, we had everything we needed and more, it was so welcoming to have milk, bread, butter and even ice creams waiting for !! Guy's advice with on things to visit was spot on! Would recomend this place to everyone and hopefully we will return.

Hands down the BEST vacation rental ever!

North of Paradise exceeded every experience we have ever had at a vacation rental. When we arrived, the place was spotless. It was very well equipped, more than any place we have ever stayed. We were greeted with some local bread and treats. Our first impression was “WOW”! The experience only got better as we met our hosts, Guy and Josi and their sweet kitty. Guy is a true Montanan with a wealth of knowledge about the area. Where to go, what to see and how to get there, local places to eat. He even told us about some back roads to take, which we did. We ended up experiencing some amazing scenery that we would otherwise missed. They were the kindest, most welcoming hosts we have ever had. We enjoyed daily visits from their sweet kitty which was extra special! Their place was truly a home away from home. The beds were comfy, there were more than enough towels, even plenty paper products. The kitchen was well equipped and there was even laundry detergent! The property was clean and well maintained We would give this place more than 5 stars if we could. This place and the hosts made our trip perfect!

Perfect landing spot

This place was amazing! Just what we needed to end our MT road trip before heading back to MN. Guy let us know when the place was ready (a couple hours early) and we were excited to head right there from the campground. Very clean, comfortable, full kitchen with everything we needed (including eggs and butter) to make some meals and the treats were so nice.

Fantastic stay

We stayed for 3 nights and couldn't be happier. The prices were very comparable to hotels around the area. The VRBO was super clean and cozy. The owner was very nice and helpful. He supplied snacks and stuff that I didn't expect. The area was nice as well. I would highly recommend staying at North of Paradise.

Quiet weekend getaway from the kids

I grew up in Livingston and raised a family of 5 kids. After I was widowed I was blessed to marry a beautiful lady originally from Brazil. She speaks english and her native Portuguese and some Spanish. I have been in this home for many years and love the area, Cold winters and changing seasons are my favorite. We love meeting new people and helping others enjoy the area. We have about 2 acres and we would love to share our place with you.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

We are on the end of the road and tucked back away from the road. No cars whizzing past yet we are a stones throw from a beautiful bike and walking path that is just completing some updates. No bottled water needed here. Great tasting well water straight out of Yellowstone Park. Clean and pure. There are several places to eat nearby and a grocery store as well all an easy walk if you choose and a new bike path if you choose. We are at the divide between the edge of town and out of town heading to Yellowstone or the river. So much to do here and we would love to help.

We tried to make it feel like home and with the things you would need for that. The kitchen is ready for a family dinner at home or a crock pot meal waiting for your return from a day out. You can grill on the deck and eat outside in the yard. The rooms have a theme and we continue to refine that. The washer dryer are full sized and great for a large load if needed. We welcome any suggestions and will do our best to accomdate you with what can make your stay comfortable.
