This place was great! Really close to elevator was good for us. Very clean and organized and the owner thought of everything we might need. We booked trip last minute and couldn’t have been more pleased. Bed was very comfortable. We will recommend this property and book again!

Nice place for a small family beachfront vacay

Everything was super clean and all amenities were provided. Communication was near instantaneous. The beach is just a walk down the wooden walkway. The pool was relaxing, but maybe a little small. Our host was so friendly and welcoming. My wife says this is her new go-to every time for Gulf Shores/Orange Beach trips

Great Stay!

Close to beach with 2 sets of elevators. Easy check-in & close to lots of activities including the State Park. Would stay again!

Week by the Beach

It was a great trip! The property was super nice. They had beach chairs and boogie boards there. There was an entire spice rack too! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals. They also provided dish cleaning supplies and laundry detergent (although if you’re doing multiple loads, I would buy your own). They also communicated really well and were very kind!

Unit is described perfectly. It was a great location for homebase, and the beach access was so nice. We enjoyed eating in and using the grills on the property! Thanks for offering a nice unit for our family.

Wonderful experience!

This was our first family vacation with 6 adults and 1 grandchild 2-1/2 years old. We especially enjoyed the closeness of the shore and convenience of being on the first floor. Our hosts provided everything you could possibly think of and we didn’t lack anything. Diane and Ed were wonderful hosts and we hope we can make it back to The Harbour Place next year too.

The property was great the owner was very attentive. Nice ocean view for being at the back of building. Much much better than a hotel at a comparable price. Pool was perfect

Very clean and comfy little condo- well equipped and right on the beach! It rained the whole weekend we were there but we had the whole indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub to ourselves! Sarah and Cale were very communicative hosts. Definitely recommend for couples or small families- great dining options very nearby as well!

Steps from the Beach!

Great location right on the beach! 🏝️ Easy check-in/check-out, updated finishes, and clean. The hosts were gracious enough to check in a couple times during our stay, but the condo already had everything we needed. 10/10 recommend!

Owners made it so easy to rent this condo. Excellent communication before, during, and after our stay. If you are a smaller crew of four or less, this is a great spot for you to try.

Harbour Place condo is the ultimate beach vacation for our guests. The condo is spacious, with a 5th floor balcony view of the ocean and beach. There is elevator access close to the condo, so no stairs are necessary. It is a smaller complex with ampule parking spaces with a covered garage option. We as hosts, pride ourselves on cleanliness and upkeep of the unit. The pictures of the listing are a direct reflection of the condition of the unit and what you will be getting when you book with us.

Unique benefits of the location of Harbour Place is it is in an area less populated which allows our guests to enjoy the beach without the crowds. It is within walking distance to several seafood restaurants and shopping centers. As a smaller complex the parking and unloading of luggage is not a stressful affair as it is at larger resorts with more people.
