Welcome to your home away from home! This spacious house was designed with your stay in mind. Whether you are a family looking for a place to spend quality time connecting with each other or just some adventurers looking for the ideal hop-off point, this inviting retreat can be your cozy home for a memorable getaway.

I am here for you during your stay but our level of interaction is up to you. I’m only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival. I’m happy to be contacted via phone or through you booking platform before, during or after your stay.

Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans, replenish our supplies, and/or restock sheets and towels. They will not enter the home. They have access to the garage or shed with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.


As Colorado’s 7th largest city, Arvada is just nine miles from our state's capital city, Denver, and an easy stop from other Colorado beauties like Golden, Boulder and more. And our rich history includes the first gold discovery, the Colorado Central Railroad, and was even once considered the "Celery Capital of the World!" Arvada is a short trip to the mountains, skiing, biking and much more.

Enjoy the spacious fenced in backyard. There is a table and 2 chairs on a cement patio. Too dark? Plug in the string lights to light up the patio!

There is coffee, tea, sugar, etc. for your convenience. All appliances are available for your use. The kitchen is modern with stainless steel appliances. There are 2 seats at the bar and a table and chairs in the dining area.

★LIVING ROOMS★
There is a living room upstairs and downstairs, both are equipped with a flat screen TV. Living room (upstairs)#1: Enjoy the brightly lit room with plenty of seating for everyone. Cook while others relax and still stay together with this open concept design.

Living room (downstairs) #2: Play a board game, foosball, or lounge in the bean bags. There is plenty of seating for everyone.

To the left of the front door is a private lounge area. It features a chair w/ an ottoman and a desk.

★BEDROOMS★
There are 5 bedrooms. 2 include private bathrooms.

★UPSTAIRS★
Bedroom #1: This ensuite bedroom features a queen size bed, night stands, closet, and humidifier.

Bedroom #2: This kid's room features a twin over full bunk bed, teepee, and closet. There are plenty of books and toys to keep them entertained.

★DOWNSTAIRS★
Bedroom #3: Features a queen size bed, nightstands, and a closet.

Bedroom #4: This second ensuite bedroom features a queen size bed, nightstands, and a closet.

Bedroom #5: This room features 2 twin size beds, nightstands, and a closet.

★BATHROOMS★
Toiletries and towels are provided for your convenience.

Bathroom #1 and #2: These 2 ensuite bathrooms both contain walk-in glass door showers, toilets, and sinks.

Bathroom #3 and #4: These are located upstairs and downstairs. They both contain tub/shower combos, toilets, and sinks.

This home is in a residential area and being respectful to the neighbors is of utmost importance. Parties that are excessively noisy will be shut down. If you are unsure if your group fits this description, please reach out to ask and we will be happy to help.

Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $500.
