Beautiful and comfortable home.Quiet neighborhood and felt safe..The host was amazing and had great communication.I even got a happy birthday sign which was the cherry on top.I will definitely be back in the future.

Absolutely would stay here again. Property manager had great communication and always responded right away! House was clean and fun. My kids definitely had a blast with the karaoke machine and the flashing lights. Everything else we needed was not far away.

Location was great! Recent renovations of the home and decoration choices were excellent! Area was quiet except for the neighbor dogs that were in outdoor kennels wouldn't stop barking once they seen our doggies. Very pet friendly inside and easy to clean any messes. Only issue was that the yard was not as well maintained as in the pictures. Grass was tall so made for unfortunate walk in the wet grass for doggies to do business. We would stay here again when attending another Canes game! Great price and wonderful communication with the owner.

We were in Raleigh for a weekend as a family of 4. We were very comfortable in this home! It's a great location, easy to get around. Groceries/gas etc super close. Lots of thoughtful touches provided by the host. And the shower has the best water pressure of all time! :) Would absolutely stay here again if we have the opportunity.

Perfect accommodations

We were able to stay and attend a basketball tournament at the Raleigh Convention Center It was a perfect location and perfect accommodations No issues at all would definitely recommend and use again

Perfect for what we needed.

Very clean inside. Perfect house for a couple night stay. The neighborhood was a little run down but very quiet. I recommend this location.

the place was the perfect size for me and my group! Very spacious and roomy! Close to downtown and other fun things to do in Raleigh. Randy communicated great and quick! Overall great place!

Good: interior was nice, tv's in every room, updated appliances, mostly clean, check in process & checkout process was easy. Good communication from owner. Close to many things and the price was okay.Not Good: Had a host of issues, that included the shower handle falling off, main bedroom ceiling fan needs repaired, no airflow in main bedroom, ants all around the front door area, creaky floors, and had a delay getting to check in due to a water/sink issue that the owner communicated on the day we were suppose to check-in. One of the closets was dirty and never cleaned. Not the best of neighborhoods, loud music until 3am, junk vehicle parked in front of the house with trash around it (not the homeowners). Suggestions: give a discount or some funds back for the delay with check in. Check-in was supposed to be at 3pm and wasnt able to check in until after 7pm. Not my fault but I ended up having to find something to do until it was repaired. Overall: decent place to stay for a couple of days but wouldnt want to stay there more an than 3 days.

Not great, Need upkept and host never responded

Poor communication with host as they never responded, called checked in or anything. Was not the cleanest, found dirty things left under the bed, dishwasher was filled with dirty dishes and mildow,( other didshes in cabinet were ok) walls in rooms had marks that could just be wiped off, grills were not clean, the lights by fire pit dont work( no extention cord was left) They metioned having cold beverages but was not there. Last but not least, the neighbors 3 dogs were not respectful as they often came to the front barking as we were enetering and exiting and almost bit a child we traveled with :(

Dirty, dirty, dirty place

Upon first glance the property looked put together but once we stepped in the place was absolutely filthy. The sheets were dirty. Pillows were dirty and turned over to the clean side. Bed had urine stains all over it. There was dirty napkins with pet feces under the bed. There was food still in the airfryer. Personals in the dryer. Hair all over the shower walls and tub. The dining table was sticky and the benches had stains all over them. There was spider webs in every corner. The walls were extremely dirty with stains and dirt everywhere. It’s as if they tried to disguise all of the dirt.We were so disgusted we couldn’t sleep there and finished our vacation at the Hampton inn midtown. Avoid this place at all cost!!!

On first glance the property was nice and reasonably priced. Once we got there though there was a lot of things wrong. A blind was broken in the kitchen, as they were all paper and so it was hard to be able to open or close them. Then going into the bathroom, the sink was hanging on the wall by a thread. If you touched it or leaned on it, it was going to fall off the wall. Several of the guests had issues with the shower knobs working. Several said they fell off while taking a shower. We had to dig around to find any towels to use, which they were all in a bedroom closet. We were a group of 5 and they only had 2 towels out. The worst past was there was NO TOILET PAPER and we had to go buy some!! This put us over the edge. The place was clean enough and the owners were nice enough, but all of the minor issues combined felt not worth it. We won’t be staying here again. 3/10, would not recommend.

Great hostand property!

Host was super accommodating and easy to get in contact with when our group had mishaps on our part. Home was very clean and cute. Great location too! Would definitely recommend.
