Celia was a fantastic host. We have stayed at this property twice and both times were great. The condo is well equipped and in a convenient location to the various Branson activities. We will definitely stay again the next time we visit.

We had such a wonderful stay. The bed was so comfy and the house was tastefully decorated. The condo being decorated for Christmas was a sweet surprise. Our little Maltese loved the house also. I forgot her dog dish and her water bowl, but the host had those available! We plan to book again the next time we will be in the area.

This is a great property. Have stayed here several times now with our dog Heidi. Great water pressure in the shower. Added a keurig coffee maker. Like the 1 cup. Beautiful view of the golf course from the balcony. Fall colors were nice in changing of the season. Hoghly recommended. Celia is a great hist. Will definitely be back!

Great gated property with a beautiful balcony view of the golf course and a pond. We enjoyed watching the groundhog and ducks while sipping coffee. Clean property and convenient to all the activities. Very welcoming to us traveling with our 2 dogs and even had treats for them when we arrived. All around wonderful experience!

We were in town for a conference my husband had. This is by far the best experience we have had. The property was so clean and furnished. The extra touches were an added bonus. Would 10 out of 10 recommend this and we can't wait to stay here again!

Perfect little condo for a quick trip to Branson. The owner provides everything a guest could need - easily the best-stocked condo I ever rented. Her communication was top notch as well. We love staying at Pointe Royal.

The condo had a very musty smell that was present the 3 nights we stayed there. It was bad enough to where the smell literally soaked into our clothes and hair. We noticed on the thermostat that the humidity level was 70-80% at all times of the day, which is extremely high. I did notify the owner who stated she was not aware of the musty smell and offered to come “fix” it, but we didn't want to uproot an entire day of our weekend trip for that. I was worried there was more than just a simple fix to that. The condo itself looks nice but the musty smell and high humidity made it extremely uncomfortable. We live in Missouri and by rivers and our house has never had this issue so I’m not sure what was going on for the condo to have these issues. The shower curtain also didn’t have a liner and when we showered, water would get all over the bathroom floor. We notified owner of that and she said it was an “all-in-one” shower curtain. Turns out that wasn’t true because the shower curtain had an “amazon basics” tag on it and the water soaked right through it. We ended up buying a shower liner to use during our stay. The bedroom door also had an issue getting stuck once shut (see photo). The keurig also was missing the water filter which explains why the coffee tasted off (we have a keurig at home). All in all, it was an okay stay. The owner was nice in all interactions and did offer to try to come fix these things, and hopefully she has now based on our comments.

Good

Everything was great except it seemed the hot water ran out soon after starting the shower. With the condo facing south the deck was hard to use in the evening. It was too hot. Everything else was great.

Getaway with grandson

We took our 10 yr old grandson to Branson for a few days and this condo was perfect for us; no stairs to climb, close to the large pool and was Very clean and nicely decorated and furnished with anything we needed! It is centrally located to the attractions we were interested in - Titanic Museum, go carts , a mountain coaster, Silver Dollar City, and many restaurants. For golfers it is very close to the clubhouse!We had a great time!

Great Time!

The owners were great at communicating with us about our stay!!! I like how there is a security gate to enter the resort. Everything was very clean and nice!! It was nice to pack light since a washer and dryer were provided. We enjoyed our view and listening to the waterfall!! The neighbors were nice as well. We loved how the pool stayed open until 11pm and was a two-minute walk from our condo. The pool, gym, pickleball and basketball courts were very nice! You could either rent the equipment or bring your own from the pool attendant. Our condo owners provided games and equipment, which was very nice! The pool wasn't overcrowded with a lot of people, so that was nice since my kids are younger. The food was great!!! This was the first place I've stayed where they had two dog parks and playgrounds. We will definitely be staying here again!!

This condo is very close to the clubhouse. It was a 2 minute walk to the pools! We loved the view of the golf course. The condo had everything we needed to be comfortable and enjoy our stay. We loved all the coffee pods . She had plenty of towels, and blankets. Both tvs had cable channels. The community pool was super fun, and the food from the grill was so good! This spot was awesome!
