Enjoyed our stay! It was perfect for working in Tyler, for the holidays. The host was very nice & replied quickly to questions. Will definitely stay here again & highly recommend it!

Bad location. Property looks vacant and not just because the grass wasn’t cut.

This property is surrounded by apartment complexes and is in a shabby, not so good part of town. The outside looked abandon and so bad my husband wouldn’t even pull in the driveway and he is never like that. We did not even check in it was so bad outside. Owner refused any reimbursement saying it was our choice not to stay. Interesting, after this we realized they have no pictures posted of the outside. I winder why! You wouldn’t select this property to rent if you saw the outside.

Family Game Time!

It was clean, comfortable and entertaining. So many fun games to play on the ground and on the tv. Gave us a free day of activities. Oh and the snacks was a nice treat;). We would come back again next time we are in Tyler, Tx.

Would stay again!

I will start by saying, i had two very small things that I let the host know about and they were very gracious about noting for future reference. The place was "as advertised". Clean and cozy. Decorated tastefully. The beds in both bedrooms were huge and comfy! In the living room is a huge pull out sofa bed, we did not use or need. I'm very familiar with Tyler but for those not, its convenient to everything! Plenty of food and shopping! Just down the street is a huge outdoor mall with tons of shopping and Studio Movie Grill. Look up Rubys if you love Mexican food. This duplex is on a street with nothing but duplexes, other than regular everyday noise it was very quiet at night. We slept well. I was very appreciative of the tower fan in one of the bedrooms as sleeping with a fan on, is what i do at home. There were plenty of towels etc and the typical bathroom items. The kitchen is equipped with everything you could need to cook a meal. We didnt cook. 😀 The Hosts are quick to answer any questions you might have. Lastly I want to say we are from the area and moved away, we were in town for our Granddaughters wedding. We generally stay at the outdoor mall where there is a chain hotel, we've stayed many times. There is always something broken, its noisy and expensive! We had a whole place here and everything worked and it was quiet! Would definitely stay again!

We had a great stay. Location is near several eating, shopping, and entertainment locations. It was just the right size for our party. Would stay here again.

Perfect Tyler Getaway Home

We came to Tyler for a work trip. We wanted some place to be able to relax at the end of a long day. The welcome basket with bottles of water and snacks was wonderful. This house was perfect. Two spacious king size bedrooms. I know you’ll choose this house and please make sure to go to Top Donuts every morning, which is one block down the road. This house is close to everything Tyler has to offer. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great Stay

Our trip was wonderful. Our host made sure to answer all questions and was helpful when we needed to get in. The house was very clean and it’s location was great. There is a lot of food and shopping nearby. If you’re staying in Tyler this should be the place you stay.

Comfortable and well decorated townhouse in great location

My daughter, granddaughter and I really enjoyed our stay in this very comfortable townhouse. The furnishings are lovely and both bedrooms had very comfortable king-sized beds, which worked well for us. The kitchen is nicely appointed and we appreciated the coffee bar. The location was very convenient, close to shopping and only a short drive to the historic district. We would definitely stay here again.

Cozy and quiet

The interior is lovey and cozy. Everything has been considered. The kitchen is well stocked. The home feels fresh and welcoming. The location is close to everything. The neighborhood is a bit neglected, but once you are inside it won’t matter.
