A Bar U is a newly renovated cabin with a spacious common room complete with a breakfast nook and a 360-degree wood fireplace. A Bar U has two upper-level decks: one with a six-person dining set and the other with an outdoor lounge set. No matter the season, the decks provide serene mountain views and are perfect for watching sunrises and sunsets, seeing wildlife play in and around the pond, stargazing and communing with your friends and family.

A Bar U has a master bedroom and bathroom upstairs and a large bunk room and bathroom on the lower level. With one queen bed and two full-sized bunk beds, the bunk room comfortably sleeps 4 people. The lower level also has a common space with a sitting area around a wood burning stove, storage for personal gear, and a writer's desk. The lower-level porch has a picnic area for additional outdoor dining during the warmer months.

INDOOR LIVING: Smart TV w/ cable, open floor plan, fireplace, dining table, island / bar seating, convertible couch, modern finishes, ample food and gear storage, and wood-burning stove.

OUTDOOR LIVING: Large East-facing deck with dining set, grill, lounge chairs and side table, West-facing deck with lounge set, large firepit with chairs, spacious yard for lawn games, picnic table, and outdoor counter space.

KITCHEN: Fully equipped, dishwasher, drip coffee maker and grinder, cooking basics, spice rack, knife set, blender, eat-in breakfast nook, crock-pot, stockpot, coffee and wine bar.

**WATER: The homestead property is in a remote area where water conservation is very important as we are not connected to city utilities. Our backcountry water/plumbing system originates from a natural spring or is delivered depending on the water table and/or season.
