Villa DUKA with heated private pool - Makarska region

Villa DUKA - Lokvicici, Makarska region, close to Imotski, just 30 minutes away from the sea (Baška Voda) with a car. It can accommodate 13 guests and it consists of a large heated private pool, patio, private parking, 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 living rooms and 3 kitchens. The whole estate, house complex that you see on the photos is in our ownership. Blue house is the one where you would be staying, while other properties of the complex are empty meaning it's just you on the whole estate.

The space

Total surface of house and the surrounding area including the pool, patio, front yard is 470 m2. The whole estate is our family heritage. You don't have any close neighbors. If you want a superb holiday, then this is the perfect choice for families, couples, groups of friends etc.

The house includes newly renovated ground floor and the first floor.

Ground floor has a living room with the sofa-bed for 2 persons, a kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom.

First floor has a living room with the sofa-bed for 2 persons, kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
Bedrooms can accommodate total 9 persons. Sofa-bed in the living room can accommodate 2 persons. The kitchens are well equipped. You have everything you need to prepare your meals.

Outside, above the pool area, there is an additional area with a smaller kitchen and a fireplace for BBQ where you can grill your meals. In front of it there is a large table and chairs for dining. Next to the pool area you have outdoor furniture, trampoline and table tennis. There is also a sound system and a microphone available for you.

There is free parking on the premises for up to 5 cars. Market for groceries, drinks & food, restaurant and cafe bar are only 3 minutes away with a car.

This property is rented only as a complete unit so your group / family will have private access to inner and outer spaces of the villa. You don't share anything with anyone else. Complete privacy. You also don't have any close neighbours.

Other things to note

We know, plans can change. We aim to be flexible. If you cancel, despite the default cancellation policy, we give a 50% refund, with the possibility of a higher refund or a voucher for future use.

Quiet hours are after 00:00 h (general house rules in Croatia regarding the outside noise), so that applies to villas as well.

During July and August, check-in's and check-out's can only be on the weekends, but are flexible - message us before to check if we can agree differently for you.

The price shown here is Villa DUKA's nightly rate + platform's service fee (%).
