This is our third time staying at this property. It is a perfect fit when coming to Fuquay Varina to visit family. The house has everything you need, is very clean, has extremely comfortable beds and the host responds quickly. Great place!!!

Clean and comfortable - beautiful setting!

We came out for the weeknd to check out the area! The location of the house was perfect. Airport just 40 min away, other places we visited 5 - 30 min (Raleigh) tops.We had our grandkids, 2 & 5, with us - they loved the selection of toys. The couch and beds were very comfy. A must for anywhere we stay!We would definitely stay here again!

EXCELLENT Place to Stay!

My family needed to travel out of town to be near our relatives for a funeral. We needed a nice play to stay for six people to stay (me, my wife, and four children (ages 3 to 10)). This location was clean, cool, and conveniently located near where we needed to be. My younger two children shared a bed and my older two each had their own bed in the bedroom with two double beds. My family was very comfortable here and it felt very relaxing and safe.There was a small issue with the AC unit at this location just prior to our arrival, but the owner went above and beyond to solve the problem quickly and ended up getting it resolved just before we checked in. They checked in with us several times during our stay to ensure we were comfortable and the AC was operating correctly. The property was nice and cool and we didn't have an issue with the AC during our stay.GREAT location for the whole family. AWESOME host! We will DEFINITELY be staying here again if is available next time we visit our family. :)

Very Clean

This home wins 5 Stars for cleanliness, very few rental homes, these days, can compare to the detail of cleanliness this home offers. As a result, there are a lot of rules in place regarding renter's care, and cleanliness, during their stay.The beds were comfortable, and the place was well stocked with essential needs.The house backs up to a neighborhood pond, that we would have liked to enjoy, but, renters are kept from the shore through fencing, that is in place, meant to do just that.Prompt and good communication from homeowner. Check In was easy.

Family Visit

The house is clean and met all our needs. The beds were comfortable. The house and yard are family friendly. It was so helpful to have the toys and games when the weather was bad. We would stay here again

Family wedding

This was a comfortable and clean home for our family in town for a wedding. Everything we would need was supplied. This home truly met our expectations. As a big plus was the amazing bedding in the king bedroom…..great mattress and pillow. I am a terrible sleeper, but obviously not in this home. Thank You

This was truly a home away from home. From the attention to detail and thoughtful additions to the comforting amenities, (there were a variety of seasonings and ice in the frig!), that were provided, I would definitely stay here again. Everything was the way I would have it at my own home. Heather was very responsive and genuinely interested in making sure we had a great experience. One suggestion is to alert the guests to read the 'manual' on the table. I felt bad that we didn't put the trash out on time but I really didn't know that we came on the night that trash was supposed to be set out. Also, the property should not have trash in the cans under the sink or outside when new guests arrive. It's extra work put on them that is not their responsibility. Other than that, I am very pleased with my stay. Thank you so much!

Pleasant Stay

If you need somewhere to stay in Fuquay I highly recommend this place. The house was clean and the attention to detail (books, games, menus, restaurant list, etc) was much appreciated. Check in was super easy and the instructions for check out were very clear. I would definitely stay here again.

Graduation Stay

Our son graduated from Campbell University and this was a great place for us to stay. The drive was approximately 20 minutes. The house was very clean and exactly as described. Host communicated with us every step.

Christmas Gathering

Beyond Satisfied

We have stayed at various rentals up and down the East coast, this is by for the most accommodating and immaculate house we have ever stayed at! This trip we had two of our grandchildren with us (8 & 3yrs). Host had put out a wagon for going on walks with kids. Home was decorated for Christmas. It was very homey. We have stayed here on a previous trip, will always book to stay with Heather and Chuck, you could not ask for better!!! Extremely satisfied!

Everything you need

Spotless, well stocked and furnished. Very comfy and perfect location for Fuquay and holly springs. Love the backyard! Fire pit and Adirondack chairs. Highly recommend this property.
