Come see this fantastic 2 bedroom, 2 bath direct oceanfront unit in the Brighton Tower at Kingston Resorts. This unit has a gorgeous view from each room!! The living room is serene and beautifully decorated to harmonize with the lovely colors of the ocean, it features a sleeper sofa and has access to the large oceanfront balcony that overlooks Currents pool complex and the Atlantic Ocean! The kitchen is well-appointed and has all the cookware, utensils and gadgets you need to make wonderful meals. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, a direct ocean view and access to the oceanfront porch. The guest bedroom has 2 queen beds so your guests can sleep comfortably!

Guests who rent with us have full and exclusive access to all Kingston Resorts managed amenities including: Currents Pool Complex and Waterparks at Embassy Suites, Hilton Myrtle Beach Resort pools, 78 Fitness, resort shuttle service, cashless charging privileges on the resort, Wi-Fi and 24 hour on-site staff, including maintenance and security.
**Please know that the waterparks at Currents close on October 1 for the season.

Great view. Only issue we had was the window coverings. The living room sliding glass door curtain was stuck. And the living room window(by the television) blind would not come down.

It is dated, (drapes, dining chairs, fluorescent tube lights in the kitchen and baths). It needs more bath towels and kitchen cooking utensils (spatula, whisk, etc).

40th Anniversary celebration

Condo is beautiful, tastefully decorated and is exactly as shown in the pictures. The place gives one an immediate sense of peace when entering. The views are breathtaking and can be seen from all rooms. The wrap around balcony is nice and the outdoor furniture is much better than many places we've stayed. Location is fabulous. Beds are firmer than I like but I realize that is a matter of taste. Only "petty" criticism is the kitchen trash can needs a lid on it. Don't particularly care to see the trash in it every time we walk by. And some kitchen towels would be helpful. Would we stay here again? In a heartbeat. Looking forward to our next trip to 301 Brighton. And Courtney made the whole adventure seamless. Stay here...you won't regret it.

Excellent stay!

We loved staying here! The acess to all water amenities is perfect for families- my daughter loved the waterlsides! The condo is clean, exactly as pictured, and the full ocean view made sunrise and sunset amazing. The grounds are gorgeous and my husband used the fitness center daily. Perfect trip!

Perfect Location

This property is located by a pier, ocean-front with expansive beachfront, within an all-inclusive resort. The corner unit allows views in all directions. Major theaters and shopping centers are within minutes. The owners are very friendly and accommodating. This is our favorite Myrtle Beach property and we have returned here repeatedly. Can't wait to return again!

Great Family Getaway

The unit was exactly as pictured and the host was easily accessible. We hope to stay in this particular unit again in the future. We rented an umbrella and chairs on the beach , which is our favorite place to spend the day. We did eat at the Black Drum one evening for dinner (the restaurant on property). We enjoyed our meal.

Best Vacay Rental Ever!

This unit is as described. Super clean, decorated beautifully, comfy beds, fully stocked with pots, pans, glassware, dishes, silverware, etc. Gorgeous wrap around balcony with amazing views and beautiful sunrises. Ample seating on balcony as well. They had a few beach towels and a beach umbrella in the unit. The access to Currents Waterpark and all the Hilton amenities made our vacation both fun and relaxing. Located about 15 minutes from the Boardwalk and Broadway at the Beach, 10 minutes from Barefoot Landing and Outlets. Easy in and out of the garage. The Property Management company was super helpful and responsive.

Great Stay

Place was as advertised, excellent location and wonderful spacious place. Communication with agency was a bit slow and door lock broke so had to pick up key at office and use the manual key during our stay.

Great location, clean and comfortable

One of the best locations and layouts for a family of four. Great views of the beach and the water park/brewery. My only regret is we had to spend so much time at a softball tournament that we didnt see enough of the pool or the beach. We will definitely stay here again.

This is the second time my family has stayed at this unit, we really enjoyed staying there. Kingston Plantation is beautiful, and my kids also enjoyed the new water slides.

Location to beach and view of the beach was amazing. Condo was very clean and elevators worked great, no waiting. Definitely recommend staying at 301. Lobby was clean and welcoming and parking in parking garage was easy and close. The tv and couch layout wasn’t really comfortable in the living room, but I’m being picky at this point.

This property was just as advertised. The host was accommodating (extra parking pass, early check-in), the condo was spotless, comfortable, plenty of room for 4 adults & a pre-teen. Resort and accesses were phenomenal. We'll definitely return.

Absolutely loved this unit. This was our 3rd year at Brighton and we loved it the best. Love the location and the views. Condo provided us with necessary items for a week stay. Would rent this unit again!
