All you need is in this apartment. Open space concept with large size kitchen fully equipped to cook your amazing meals . Restroom has a tub with tasteful decor to make you feel the vacation vibe. Need to do some laundry, we provide a unit in apartment with detergent.

Definitely recommend!

I will definitely will stay there again! Great little studio apartment, perfect for one. Place was nice and clean, easy direction to get into. Great neighborhood. Directions were a little confusing, but once knowing where to go it was easy.

Perfect home away from home

This property has everything you could ask for. The location/neighborhood is great. Close to lots of parks/dog parks and walking trails. Laura is a wonderful host! I will definitely be staying again

Great little staycation!

This beautiful studio property located above a garage is furnished with all the latest amenities and conveniences, offering comfort and convenience. However, there appears to be some ambiguity regarding the property's address but it is strongly recommended that the owner use "0000 Donnelly" as the address, as it provides greater clarity and accuracy for potential visitors.

Perfect for two people

We found the property as described. It is located in a very quiet neighborhood but was generally within a 15 minute drive of any place we wanted to visit. With the longer daylight we enjoyed the walking trails after dinner. It was very easy to set the climate to something comfortable. The property was very clean and all the appliances/fixtures seemed very new and well cared for. We use VRBO's often and the kitchen was one of the best supplied I've used. I generally cook breakfast while on the road but all the appliances and utensils would permit more adventurous cooking. After a long day of local adventures we looked forward to getting back to the property and freshening up prior to heading out for dinner. The next time I am heading back to Austin my first check will be to see if this property is available for a revisit. Full recommendation.

Perfect for a weekend in ATX

This place was PERFECT for our weekend in Austin for ACL Music Festival. It’s just about 15 minutes from everything we were interested in doing, quiet, clean, and easy contact with the host. It had every amenity we could’ve needed. Would absolutely stay here again!

Fell in Love with Austin

This was our first trip to Austin… here to visit our son, and attend ACL music festival 🎶. Laura’s place is perfect for getting in and around all points in Austin….Very well appointed, and comfortable. Laura has thought of everything one would need for their stay…Easton Park is a lovely new development with tons of character. Looking forward to our next stay… thank you so much Laura❣️😎😎

Clean, quaint and close

This studio was in a great location for us - close to COTA, food/grocery and only about 30min to downtown. Really nice little touches and really appreciated the in-unit laundry. The neighborhood is very quiet and has great paved sidewalks/trails we used everyday. Hope to stay here again next year!

Great place

We had a great stay here. It was very clean plenty of space for the two of us. Quite neighborhood with plenty of beautiful trails and pool/workout area. Would definitely stay there again.

Great Neighborhood

If you want to be near Austin but not immediately in the city, this is the spot. Less than 15 minutes to downtown but an amazing neighborhood. Enjoyed the trails to walk and run and a great gym on the property while I was in town for work for a month. Laura was very responsive to a few questions i had. Will stay again if I return.

Wonderful stay in a beautiful, new neighborhood!

Super clean and lovely apartment in a beautiful new neighborhood that’s close to downtown and convenient to the airport. Very walkable - lots of trails nearby for walking and biking. We had everything we needed to feel right at home.
