A 68m2 modern flat located in Koukaki, one of the hippest areas of central Athens and just a 10 minute walk to Acropolis hill. It can comfortably accommodate up to 4 persons in 2 bedrooms. The first bedroom provides a double bed and the second bedroom offers two single beds (that can be joined). Both rooms are air-conditioned and have access to the balcony. Room darkening shades are available in both bedrooms. The flat offers one modern bathroom with a shower and a washing machine and a fully equipped kitchen

In the living room, there is a three seater sofa, two armchairs and a 43’ Smart TV. The main dining table is suitable for 4-6 persons.
