THE OUTDOOR SPACE is the real stunner. Villa has over 1200sf of patio and decks including a 2nd story deck, oversized 7-person hot tub, outdoor dining with propane grill, back lawn, fire pit, and a short hiking trail down to the lake.

4 BEDROOMS--3 upstairs and 1 downstairs. Main bedroom upstairs is huge with a king bed, twin roll-away bed, sitting room, and sliding door to 2nd story deck. Also has ensuite bathroom with double vanity, large walk-in shower & soaker tub. The other 2 upstairs bedrooms have 2 queen beds and one has a twin roll-away bed. Both share easy access to the hall bathroom. The downstairs bedroom has a queen bed with an ensuite full bathroom.

MAIN LIVING AREA impresses with large sectional sofa, 70" smart TV, gorgeous staircase, and a wall of windows to admire stunning lake views.

KITCHEN has double ovens, reach-in pantry, coffee/tea/espresso nook, large cook-top, vented hood, pot filler faucet, sink with lake view, and every small appliance/tool a discerning cook could need.

GAME ROOM is in the converted garage, complete with AC, ping pong, dartboard, foosball and large smart TV to stream live sports or favorite movies. It has a door out to the back patio and one into the house.

This place is lovely. Excellent decor which makes you feel welcome. The kitchen is the best stocked of any we have stayed at. The view of the lake greets you when you open the front door and is there throughout the house. A huge patio and back yard. Everyone commented on how lovely the house was and we were all comfortable. I appreciated the dining table which sat 10 so we all could sit together. We would stay here again in a heartbeat when next in this area.

Loved this house!

We rented this house for our son’s graduation from Baylor, so we could accommodate our family of 6 and the grandparents. The bedrooms were a great size, and very comfortable. The view of the lake was amazing! Great kitchen for hosting our graduation dinner. Enjoyed our stay and would love to return!

We loved all of it! The house was clean and beautiful! The kitchen had all the tools we needed to cook our own meals. Beds were so comfortable! The fresh flowers and cake made us feel welcomed…like family. The view of the lake was spectacular! The great communication from our host made my first VRBO experience a pleasant one. We made some wonderful memories and hope to come back!

Beautiful Lake View!!

Thoroughly enjoyed staying in this house. Angie is super responsive and helpful. House is well stocked and easy to stay in. Lake view is so beautiful, enjoyed coffee on the patio each morning listening to the birds. Had a great time hosting my son’s wedding rehearsal dinner there, all guests loved the yard and view. Furniture inside and outside is plentiful and comfortable. Definitely recommend this place.

Nice House Great Views

We were at a show at the Bell County Fair Grounds and used this house to stay with co-workers. It worked out well and we really enjoyed the hottub, views and the large open spaces in the house.

Enjoyed Our Stay!

We came for a funeral and Angie was really accommodating. We were welcomed to tasty treats and a warm welcome card. Everything we needed was provided and the Jacuzzi had already been heated for our enjoyment. Angie was very communicative which I greatly appreciate. Lovely home - will definitely recommend!

Beautiful setting

The house is sited very well looking over the lake. Very well stocked and nicely decorated. Only two wishes. A pool. And a closet in main floor bedroom. But we did great without either.

Beautiful Property!

Our stay was only for the weekend, but we wish it could have been longer! The house was beautiful and clean and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the backyard is lovely. It is the perfect house for any gathering of friends and family. Angie was darling and very accommodating....she even had a yummy, homemade coffee cake with fresh flowers waiting on us when we arrived. We couldn't have asked for anything more....we will definitely be back!

Great Large Family Property

This property was just what we needed for a large group of family members in town for a wedding. There was plenty of space to spread out, outside space for the kids to get out some energy and a great trail down to the lake for those wanting to get closer to the water. The foosball and ping pong tables were very popular with our younger family members. Access to places we needed around town was easy. The property is nicely updated and very comfortable for sleeping, eating, or just chilling. If we ever need a place in the Belton area again, this property will be at the top of our list. Angie and Elizabeth were friendly hosts who communicated with us well. We appreciate the effort they have put into this property.

Lake House

Great location and awesome views. The garage with ping pong table was great for the teens. Hot tub was large and nice. We ran into weather the first night, lost power and the owners did everything they could to make it comfortable. Deer frequent the area at night and early morning. Belton is a great little town and convenient to serve as a home base to explore that area of Texas. We had multiple day trips to - austin, Waco, hill country and to the lake. Hope to make it back some time in the future.

Beautiful House

I’ve rented over 10 houses through VRBO over several years and this rental by far has been the most hospitable from fresh flowers, muffins and a sweet note upon arrival, plenty of extra towels including beach towels, plenty of paper towels, trash bags, laundry pods, dishwasher pods, hand soap pumpers at every sink, and extra roll away beds. All the mattresses were memory foam. The view was beautiful although it was quite a steep walk through the trees to get to the lake. There’s a park just a 2 minute drive down the road with a beach entrance and boat dock. There’s an automatic canopy patio cover which was nice to help shield you from the sun while enjoying the view. We made s’mores in the evening using the fire pit after we watched a perfect view of the sunset right in the backyard. Everyone enjoyed the game room. The appliances were top notch and it was a fun kitchen to cook in. Always better with a view. The only thing I would add would be a coffee table in the living room to put a puzzle together and so everyone has a place to put their drink and also tvs in the bedrooms. I know that’s a personal preference but I like a tv in the bedroom. I was able to stream Netflix on my laptop using the Wi-Fi. The Wi-Fi worked really well as well as the AC. The hot tub wasn’t working while we were there but Angie gave me a refund for the inconvenience and she offered us the use of her hot tub next door at her other rental house. Highly recommend this property.

The Perfect Getaway

We used this rental for our engagement party & could not have loved it more!! Angie was so kind and accommodating the entire weekend. It was the perfect size and the pictures don't even do this home justice! I don't think I've ever seen a better lake view! We hope to stay again in the future and highly recommend this property!

Guys Weekend

This was the perfect place for a weekend trip with a bunch of guys. There were six of us and we mostly just watched football. 🏈 The view of the lake is great. We hung out on the deck late afternoon. We used the grill for burgers and the smoker for ribs. Don’t pay attention to what you see on Google maps or a satellite view as far as what the place looks like! The owner completely renovated it recently and everything inside is brand new.

Simply one of the best!

This property, hands down, is the best I have stayed in in Belton / Temple! This house was a perfect fit and size for our group, but the best part was the attention to detail and welcoming atmosphere Angie created for us. No doubt we will stay here again. It really did feel like a second home!!
