All Dunn up is a Cozy unit with a queen bed, full kitchen, living area, shower, TV, and a private balcony with a hot tub, Gas Stove (fireplace). This unit is facing the Big Thompson River, and you have full access to the river, however you will need a fishing license. Free parking available on the property. Located in Drake, but only 2 minutes from Estes Park. Unit is accessible Wi-Fi is available however, in the canyon service is not the best. It may go in and out at times we have a studio that sleeps 2 behind the kozy kove cabin it can be added to your reservation for an additional fee message us for more details

It is a lot smaller than you would expect. The kitchen was not very clean and there were mystery brown smudges on the bedroom walls. The only perks to staying here in my opinion are the private hot tub and location.

Perfect for 2

A perfect sized cabin for 2 adults (and maybe a child) that is right on the river. The cabin was clean, well-maintained, with a comfortable full-size bed. The location is nice in that it is out of town, but still close to downtown and local attractions. It is on a main road, but the sound of the river covers the sound of the traffic.

Perfect little place right on the creek with a private hot tub

Loved the stay overall. It was exactly what we were looking for in a short stay. The creek out back is pretty great and we loved sleeping to the sound of running water. The only two criticisms I have is we ran out of toilet paper, as there was no extra, and the hot tub had too much chlorine in it which made us cough like crazy. I’d still give the place a 4.5

Peaceful retreat

Cozy cabin close to Estes Park. Had everything we needed plus the calming sounds of the river. We saw wildlife from our deck as well as down by the river. A large bull elk, hummingbirds, mink, and more. Highly recommend and would stay again. Thanks for the memories!

Probably the worst place I’ve stayed over the years. Shower head was a torture device. It felt like needles, and no way to adjust. Never could get the hot tub to warm up enough or the cabin to cool down enough during the day. No blind on the bedroom window for privacy or to block out sun during the day. Found it under the bed when leaving. No sponge to wash dishes, dish rack or extra trash bags.

Relaxing Riverside Cabin

The cabin was clean and equipped as advertised. Having the river right outside the balcony was definitely a plus! We did not use the hot tub - so cannot review that part. The mattress was not comfortable and we struggled to keep from rolling to the middle. But we really enjoyed leaving the window open at night to hear the river. One thing that really bothered us was the water - it had a bad taste. We couldn't drink much of it and even the coffee didn't taste good because of it. Other than these few things, the cabin was nice.

Not clean.

The unit was not clean, the biggest problem is that it smelled like a sewer and we decided one night was enough. The 3 air fresheners that were in the unit were all empty and the smell was overwhelming.
