Pet friendly- dogs 20 lbs and under. Please let us know if bringing a pet.

Toilet was unstable. Neighborhood felt unsafe. Bed and bath area too small- all one area with a very short partition between toilet and bed.

Sadly, guests can’t seem to read, this is not the Hilton, it is a simple clean Cottage in a quiet neighborhood. Sue should book hotel rooms instead of leaving negative reviews for people.

Awesome, super chill stay!

I was in bartow for work, and after sharing a room with a couple guys decided I needed something affordable, on my own. This was ideal! It was a quiet neighborhood, with a comfy bed, cute place. I’d stay again!!

Cozy and comfortable cottage

I stayed in the cottage for 2 weeks until my wife was able to secure a rental home for our move to Florida from Pennsylvania. I felt welcomed and at home. I would recommend this VRBO to anyone wanting a home away from home!

Awesome Cottage

Stayed at the Mulberry Garden Cottage for a week and it more than met my expectations. Looks just like the photos and provided me a great space to call my home base so that I could readjust to the area while looking for a new job and a permanent place to live. This cottage comes with my highest recommendations!!

Highly recommend

Extremely wonderful stay. This property is the perfect size for two people to have a cozy stay. The owners were wonderfully accommodating and the place was spotless and wonderfully decorated. The area is charming and the owners provided a little booklet with local attractions. Would heavily recommend. Me and my wife are already talking about coming back here for a weekend getaway at some point.

Small and compact but perfect for what I needed it for. Centrally located and was easy to drive north or to both coasts. It had everything - stove, fridge, lots of small appliances, tv, etc. but I basically made coffee and I was gone.

Quirky but clean

Hosts were friendly and helpful. Well lit path. Super clean. Neighborhood was quiet. The following were no issue for me, but others may have issues with: *Yes, the bathroom is in the bedroom, but there is a door closing it off from the rest of the place and a half wall separating it from the bed. *The floor slants but you get used to it. *The path is uneven, but not a problem if you don't have issues walking. I would stay here again.

Not what we expected.

When we went into cottage, the floor in living room/kitchen area was very weak under carpet. The refrigerator was leaning to the left because of this. The 2 very small window air conditioning units weren't enough to cool the place. It is decorated very cute, but with the problems mentioned above, along with the fact that the toilet is sitting in the open with no privacy, we left and found a hotel room.

Not sure what you were expecting; you saw the photos before you reserved it, plus read people’s good reviews of our cozy, clean place. There is nothing wrong with the Cottage, maybe you were expecting the Hilton. Your communication was horrible as you never reached out to us. Stick to hotels, Martha.

Mulberry cottage

Good inexpensive place to sleep at night. Soft bed, seems to slope some. The pictures don't show the sloping in the floor that make you walk off balance sometimes. They also don't show that the toilet is 3 feet away from the bed with the only privacy being a half wall beside the toilet. That screen in the pics wasn't there. There was only 2 towels and one washcloth for 2 people for 3 nights and I was invited by the owner to supply whatever else I needed. I did find another washcloth in a drawer. Perfect for one person. We won't stay again , because of the privacy issue. The shower needs some work also.
