The BEST host I have ever had! He truly was amazing! The house and property itself is beautiful! Perfect for a couple to just get away an relax but still be close to plenty of fun stuff to do! The house is very very well taken care of and CLEAN!! I couldn’t get enough of the pool! N don’t get me started on the big tub in the master! Plus it has an office/computer room so I could get my school work done it was amazing would recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the area! I can’t wait to have the opportunity to come back an stay again!

The property is beautiful and well maintained. The pool was so clean and just what we needed at the end of the day. A beautiful quiet neighborhood with wonderful neighbors. We loved it and it was perfect for our family. Plenty of towels and kitchen was stocked so you can cook a meal. I can’t recommend this home more. Elliot was always attentive and available. Super responsive on the app too. He made sure every question was answered. Super great guy!
I didn’t take many pictures of the house but I did get this one of the gorgeous pool!!

Great neighborhood.Plenty of room in house; pretty clean, bar some mold on the sunroom couch and a baby cockroach that came out of the kurig;The microwave handle was broken which made it hard to use without cutting yourself and a board or 2 of the back deck are broken, which i was warned about, but didn't keep all of us from tripping and hurting our ankles. Despite any of thst- My kids loved the pool and played day and night, we also walked and razor scootered around the cul-de-sac. It's about 30 minutes to any beach or to drive into the city. Theres lots of food and gas stations near by.

Family Getaway

The property was clean and fully ready upon our arrival. Hurricane Idalia met us in Charleston but our host Elliott was most attentive and communicative answering our questions and calming fears. We could not have had a better host or property. I would have liked to see more living room seats for the four of us but we had a great time. Highly recommend this property and host for future visits as we intend to return again in the future. This was a great family getaway!

The hidden gem

Elliot was the very best host in the world. He is so thoughtful. He left my husband and I a very nice fruit bowl with a bottle of champagne! I love him! The place was very clean and decorated wonderful! Thanks again Elliot for making our stay awesome!!

College Family Visit

Enjoyed our stay! This home had great space for our family. Near college campus. Quiet neighborhood. Comfortable beds. Short drive to many Charleston attractions. Home itself could use a few cosmetic upgrades. Didn’t get to use pool. Visited outside of pool weather. Check in and communicating with host was smooth. Would book this home again!

Nice house in quiet neighborhood

House was as advertised. We were able to check in / out very easily. Pool was clean. Could use a few more chairs inside and out to maximize the space. There are 3 areas to eat, but only 4 chairs at each spot so we were never had a big meal all together in the same room. We had a great time just a very minor issue.

Disgusting

We but this place because of the pool and it had ok reviews. I even reached out to the host to make sure the pool was up and going and he responded yes. Unfortunately, that was not the case. We got there. The pool was slimy and green. The inside of the house had mold in the bathrooms. The carpets were so stained and greasy, We didn’t even wanna walk on them in the living room and kitchen was ripped up and broken. There was about 2 inches of dust and dirt from where the carpet meets the wall because they’re vacuum probably wouldn’t get there and they were too lazy to sweep it, All The furniture was stained and or broken, the bedding was almost wet not just damp from all the Febreze. they had sprayed on it, It was disgusting. When I reached out to the owner regarding the pool. He asked me to fix it myself because he couldn’t get anybody out there, not my job, sir. We left. I reached out to VRBO and let them know of the situation and there nothing they can do about it.

Excellent location

Beautiful, quiet neighborhood! Close to a lot of the places we wanted to be: NNPTC, Cypress Gardens, Charles Towne, Patriot's Point, etc. Mr. Miller is great at communicating as well.

I am a real estate investor. I don’t really get to have much of a social life because of work. When I do have time in-between I like to try new restaurants, I like to travel, and I like to read books on finance, psychology and relationships/ self-help. I don’t like to workout, but I find time to do it.

Location. There’s a waterpark and trail nearby. It’s has a major bus route. There are three fire departments close by. There is a senior citizen center within three minutes of the home. There are two private schools close by. It’s less than five minutes away from the mall and about 10 minutes away from the outlet mall. Twenty minutes from downtown Charleston. It’s twenty-five minutes away from two beaches.

It’s in the middle of everything; shopping and restaurants. It’s less than 5 mins to the interstate either out the front or back entrance of the community. And it’s located in a quiet neighborhood.
