There were 12 in our group and the house accommodated all of us nicely. The kitchen had everything that we needed. We cook all of our meals in. The house has plenty of storage space. It is a great place to stay with a large group. We enjoyed our stay.

Our family came down for Labor Day and the house was perfect. The description was very accurate. And the owner was very quick in responding definitely will come again if we are in Arkansas.

Excellent accommodations for family

We spent two days with family, which included two couples, a father in law and a niece and nephew, all adults. It is spacious enough for everyone to have some privacy, but the common areas are large enough to accommodate everyone n for dinner or board games. One caveat: stop at a grocery store on your way in. There is very little nearby!

House was spacious enough for 3 families. Only downfall was zero back yard. Kitchen was appointed with most everything you would need. Beds were comfy and had large TVS throughout. Would definitely stay again!

Spacious House

There is a lot of space to this house! Perfect for gathering of family. Nice large deck too. If you are planning to cook, lots of space in kitchen to spread out for prep and serving. Easy access to road and Daisy State Park. We had 3 vehicles and had more than enough room to park. Owner easy to communicate with.

Very new and spacious

Great place to stay in Kirby! A group of us brought rangers and rode bear creek. Convenient location. Very clean and spacious. Wifi and tvs worked great. The guys loved how big the living room tv was (razorback game was on!!!) property owners were very nice and easy to communicate with. Would stay here again!!!!

Spacious double wide

Owners are exceptional. Outdoor grill was inoperable when we arrived, but the owner brought us a new replacement grill- awesome service. Very clean and spacious house. Beautiful back deck to relax on. Easy check in. We really enjoyed our stay. We brought our SXS to ride the trails so the parking was pretty tight for 3 trucks with trailers, but they’re working on that.

Memorial weekend 2023

Great Place to Stay! Dont Pass It Up!

This place was designed perfectly for big families and friends of families! The layout is well thought out for all ages and functionality. I know some people spoke about parking but we were able to park 2 trucks with pontoon boats, a truck and a jeep. We had no issues! The location is perfectly placed next to the lake and close to stores for those last minute things that you forgot or run out of. Thanks for being a great host Lori! We will be back!

Listing is not entirely accurate

Pros: - Plenty of room for our group of 5 adults and 3 kids. Note: it is a double-wide manufactured home, not a traditional house as one might take from the listing title. - Covered back deck was spacious. - Gas grill worked well (but cleaning tools were of no use). - Short travel times to parks, recreation areas, Crater of Diamonds State Park. - The owner was responsive and friendly. Cons: - it is NOT “on Lake Greeson” as stated in the listing title. - It IS right on the highway (Hwy 70), maybe only 20-30 feet off the road. - Truck traffic was non-stop on the highway, and the constant noise made it most unenjoyable and very hard to sleep. - The furniture is in dire need of replacement, specifically the couch, loveseat and recliner in the main living room. In fact, the couch is pretty much unsafe, you practically fall right through when sitting down and the frame slams into your lower back. - The bed in the front corner room sags terribly to the center making it difficult for sleeping on. - There are no mixing bowls other than a few very small glass ones. - The A/C is under capacity for the unit’s size, and poorly configured. to get the master bedroom comfortable, you freeze out other rooms. Also, the thermostat is very difficult to use to set temps. - There is zero usable yard space. - Parking is just on the gravel space between the front of the house and the highway. - The washer and dryer were OK. Washer was very noisy, so could only use during daytime. Drye
