Located in the heart of Northern Colorado, Windsor offers a charming small-town feel with easy access to both the mountains and the plains. You are centrally located next to community centers and multiple parks, capturing the best of this rapidly developing community.
Guest Access:
The guests have access to the entire home including the fully-fenced backyard, finished basement and laundry room.
There is one locked closet in the basement with owner belongings.
The Neighborhood:
This lovely home is directly across the street from the Main Park. This park boasts two playgrounds, multiple tennis courts, horseshoe fields and a large, open field with shady trees. This park hosts many different festivals and events in the town of Windsor! The NEW SLEDDING HOEDOWN HILL, is only 7 mins from our home!
The home is only about 5 miles East of I-25, which brings you south into Denver. Or, you can stay on County Road 32 headed West and get to Highway 287, which will get you to Fort Collins. This is the perfect place to stay if you are looking for a quiet neighborhood in North Colorado.
Getting Around:
Windsor is located off of State Highway 392, which connects to Highway 25, and 287. This means you can easily access Fort Collins, Greeley, Boulder, Denver and the Rocky Mountains. Windsor is part of the Poudre Express Regional Bus Route which connects various Northern Colorado Cities- check out their website!
Uber and Lyft are also available.
Other Things to Note:
This house is right across the street from a public park .The park sometimes hosts festivals and events.
You may see some wildlife during your stay including rabbits, deer, prairie dogs and maybe a snake or insect. Please be respectful of them and leave them alone. Feeding wildlife is illegal in Colorado.
