A $100 hold will be placed on your credit card at check-in for incidentals, which is released at check-out if no damages occur.

Parking:
One parking spot is included with your rental. Additional parking may be available for an extra fee.

Important Details You Should Know:
Timeshare Units:
As a timeshare guest, you’ll need to bring your own toiletries (soap, shampoo, etc.). The resort does not provide these items for your stay, so please plan ahead. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions regarding this.

No Daily Housekeeping:
Please note, the resort does not provide daily housekeeping service, so you’ll have full privacy during your stay.

Issues During Your Stay:
Should you encounter any issues with your unit, the resort’s front desk will be happy to assist. I’m also available locally to help resolve any issues that may arise.

No Timeshare Pressure:
You will NEVER be required to take a timeshare tour or presentation during your stay. If the resort invites you, you are free to decline. We want your vacation to be all about relaxation—no strings attached!

Important Resort Notices:
Elevator Notice:
Please be aware that there is only one elevator at Four Sails Resort. While it generally operates smoothly, there may be times when it is temporarily unavailable for maintenance or other reasons. If the elevator is out of service, guests can access their units via stairs. Please note that no refunds or concessions will be provided in the event that the elevator is down during your stay. We appreciate your understanding and encourage guests to plan accordingly.

Amenities Availability:
While the resort does its best to keep all amenities available, there may be occasional maintenance that causes some amenities to be temporarily unavailable. The resort makes these decisions as necessary for safety and upkeep, and we appreciate your understanding.

Decor & Upkeep:
The resort handles all unit maintenance, including decoration updates. While we strive to provide accurate photos, please note that furnishings and decor may change over time. The pictures are from the resort as they do all the updating, maintenance, etc.
