For the comfort and well-being of all guests, we regretfully ask that individuals with cats refrain from booking our property, as we have allergies to them. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring a pleasant stay for everyone.
You’re going to love this house! The entire house is yours to enjoy. Relax in the hot tub while you gaze up at the stars. Lounge on the deck while you enjoy the fresh air. Send the kids inside to play board games, darts, or shuffleboard and head back to the covered deck to grill up some burgers to eat while you sit back and enjoy the people you came with.
The house has four bedrooms, two of which have queen sized beds and the other two have king sized beds. Each bedroom has a TV in it with a Roku so you can sign into all your streaming services. There are two bathrooms. There is a continuous water heater so nobody will have to take a cold shower. One bathroom has a bathtub while the other bathroom has a walk-in two-person shower with five shower heads – One regular shower head, two body nozzles, and two overhead rain cans. There is a washer and dryer for your use as well.
The kitchen is fully equipped and stocked with all the basic cooking and dining ware necessary for your stay. We also provide coffee, tea, and basic cooking goods to enhance your stay.
Outside you will find a covered deck with a grill, bench swing, and fire pit.
The house has two parking spots in the front on the street where you can park for free, and three spots in the front yard as well. The garage at the end of the driveway has been converted to an apartment, therefore the driveway parking has been reserved. Please use the street parking. It is ten minutes from Walmart, Starbucks, and the hospital, and just five minutes from the nearest grocery store. In the summer, enjoy Fridays at the Depot (also ten minutes away).
We have remote and code operated access to the home for self-entry. You will be sent the code before your arrival.
You will be provided with:

2 Rolls of toilet paper per bathroom
Shampoo and Body wash in each bathroom
An extra set of sheets per bed
Keurig cups

AMAZING

We just stayed here and it was one of the best rentals we’ve been at. Great communication with the owner, she even checked in a few times before and during the stay. We came up for a horse show and stayed with our whole family including in laws dogs and kids and it was perfect for everyone. Great place to relax with an awesome hot tub and game room! Would highly recommend!

We had a great time at Stephanie’s place. Everything was super easy as far as booking and entry, etc. There are plenty of nearby stores and whatnot and it’s just a short jaunt to downtown Cheyenne. Highly recommend!!

Fantastic place for a family retreat

My husband, 2 teens and myself had a wonderful 3 night stay- just what we needed! Very clean and kept up, nicely stocked kitchen, and we spent a lot of time in the game room- definitely the highlight! We loved the hot tub too! Every bedroom, living room and game room has big screen tv. The 2 king beds are memory foam. Nice sized master bedroom. Really nice 2 person shower with 5 shower heads. The first night was really cold and the fireplace in master bedroom isn’t usable but we got a response from the owner who told us how to warm up the room so that resolved that issue. House is in a residential area and close to several great restaurants and Safeway- very helpful. Owner was very friendly and quick to respond. We would definitely recommend this place and would love to stay again if opportunity presents itself!

Quick trip

The house was perfect for our weekend in Cheyenne. Location was convenient, quick access to interstate AND close to the downtown area- some great restaurants!Our group enjoyed the game room and the hot tub to relax in the evenings. Beds were very comfortable. We would stay again, good communication with host.

Wonderful getaway home

We were working up in Cheyenne, and this home perfectly fit our needs. The hot tub and game room were great additions to make the week more enjoyable. All in all a 10/10 experience!

Roomy rental!

The place we stayed at was a great size for our family. A large table that would seat 8 was located in the kitchen area. The bed we slept in was very comfortable. We also enjoyed the hot tub and the enclosed patio area with a swing.

Visiting with Family

The house was perfect for our trip west. We had a total of 6 adults and 2 children, but still had plenty of room. The house was extremely clean and the beds were comfy. The host was great at communication. Would definitely stay here again!

The property was very clean, comfortable and close to most things we wanted to do in Cheyenne. The house had all the things we needed and the beds were very comfortable. The game room downstairs was a great place for us to hang out. The hot tub was clean and enjoyable at the end of a long day.

Clean and fun

The house was large, clean, and well stocked. The hot tub was set up and ready, the back deck was a wonderful place to hang out after checking out Wyoming. Stephanie was available and ready to help with anything we needed.

Fun house we had room for everyone and were able to make dinner and play some games together- We did have a marching band walk by at about 8AM the first morning it was a little surprise. Hand washing some of the dishes was a little challenging with no sprayer on the spray soap- they big rooms and amazing shower down stairs made up for it tho- would have liked more ice cube trays - but over all had a very nice stay with all of our family

Little Touches Matter!

We walked into a comfortable temperature-adjusted home! There were welcome notes, candies, and a pen set out for us on the table and throughout the home! Plenty of coffee, creamer, spices, flour, sugar, pan, cooking oil, baggies, dish soap, laundry detergent/fabric dryer sheets, ice, and a pitcher of cold water waiting for us to help-ourselves-to! The rooms were nicely sized with drawers for unpacking. Shelves and drawers in the bathrooms were appreciated. Lots of usb plugs and tvs working in every bedroom and the living room ! Extra lighting under the cabinets and mood lighting on the patio! Perfect!

Baseball Tournament

It was awesome -- we were in town for a grandson's baseball tournament. The property exceeded our expectations. Our only disappointment was that because of so many games, we didn't have as much time as we would have liked to enjoy all the amenities. The game room was enjoyed by all of us, wish we had more opportunity to enjoy the hot tub.

Great experience. The communication was spectacular and the home was well kept and provided all that we needed. The neighborhood was very quiet and the location provided easy access to town. Would highly recommended and will be looking to rebook if in the Cheyenne area again.

What a Great House

I cannot imagine there is a better VRBO property in the Cheyenne area. The house was more than we could have imagined. It was very clean and well appointed with everything we needed. The hot tub and game room were an added plus. We would definitely stay here during our next trip to Cheyenne.
