2 King Beds - The Boise Bungalow - Boise, BSU, Airport, Boise Aquatic Center

A modern bungalow just 5.9 miles to Downtown Boise! Centrally located within walking distance to Bown's Crossing you will find fine dining, shopping, bike rentals, the river greenbelt, hiking and much more!
This inviting 1,160 sqft 2 story townhouse has everything you will need! A fully stocked luxury kitchen with new appliances, a dining table that will seat 6, and a half bath with a full sized washer and dryer on the first floor.
The living area has a 50" TV with free Netflix, local streaming channels and free High-Speed WiFi. The second story provides you with 2 bedrooms, each with a comfortable king bed and nice linens, top down/bottom up black out blinds, 40" TV's w/ free Netflix, a jack/jill full bathroom, 2 separate private vanities and a workstation in 1 of the bedrooms.
The backyard has a quiet entertaining space with a propane BBQ, a covered sitting area, also a large umbrella with firepit table & 4 chairs. Parking out front along with a 1 car garage access. For those with a fur-baby, we are a dog friendly vacation rental with a Pet Policy. Maximum 2 @ $55 per dog. We have a green turf relief area for your pet as well. Any damage will be at Guests expense.

Minutes to Downtown Boise, BSU, Great Boise Aquatic Center, Boise River and so much more! Walking distance to Bown Crossing!

If you looking to stay for more than 30 days, please send an inquiry for approval & a cleaning fee of $250.00 over a 14 day stay. A strict 4pm check in unless you inquire with Host ahead of time.

We had the most amazing time at the bungalow. It is so neat, clean and they have and think about all those little extras. Including ear plugs which is so nice. The back patio is so wonderful and detailed out so many lounges to sit and relax. This has been a repeat visit and we will continue to stay here. With the great location and all it offers I would highly recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in Boise.

This is a VERY nice little two story town home that is immaculately restored and decorated. It’s extremely clean, the small rear lot is well kept, with a place for your pups to do their business and the fence appears very secure (thank you very much Gaylene). The location itself is a little bit tough, because it’s on a busy street and the parking out front on the street is fairly competitive, so you may have to park one or two houses down. There is a garage in the back, but we didn’t use it. The bedrooms are connected by a jack and Jill bathroom and only the door on one side is lockable, the other is a slider that you can’t lock, so the person on the other side needs to make sure to announce their presence or there might be some awkward moments. Overall, it’s a REALLY nice place to stay and very reasonable. The fact that they made SO many accommodations for pets made it even nicer. We would definitely stay here again

The house had a grate overall feel to it. Cozy but plenty of room. Love the two king beds and tvs in each bedroom.

Excellent Stay in Boise

This property surpassed our expectations. Everything has been thought of for pure comfort. We enjoyed the stay with our dogs, great little yard! Super location for walks and food. We hope to be back! Love Boise even in the smoke!

Great little bungalow!

We had a great stay! House is very clean, modern, well stocked with lots of thoughtful little touches throughout. Location was great for us - quick drive to the university and walking distance to Bown Crossing for dinner. Will definitely be back!

Wonderful stay in Boise Bungalow

This home was very clean and decorated so beautifully. We stay in vacation rentals often and I have to say this was one of the very best.All of the extras that were provided for guests was so appreciated. Blow dryers with diffusers, quality shower caps, shower gel, lotions, shampoo, conditioner and hair turbans were all provided. The kitchen was fully stocked. The beds were very comfortable. Extra pillows and throw blankets were available, if needed. Would definitely stay in this lovely rental again.

When this property came available through a Friend I couldn't pass up the idea of turning it into a Vacation Rental. It's in an incredible, convenient location for anyone who wants to get to know what Boise has to offer! Located near amazing restaurants, BSU, the Boise River Greenbelt, Lucky Peak Lake, amazing Parks, Venues, Golfing, Concerts, Botanical Gardens, Entertainment you name it! It's all within minutes away!

We created a comfortable living space that gives you a quiet space to enjoy at the Boise Bungalow. We have traveled and stayed in many Vacation Rentals, B & B's and Hotels and while staying at these places we made mental notes of what was important to us so that one day we could implement these things into our Vacation Rentals. Having comfortable beds, linens, fully stocked Kitchen a BBQ were some of our needs. We both work from home so we understand the need of highspeed intranet and not being too far away from home base. You can work easily from this space and still be able to go have fun without going to far. Even though this is a Townhouse you will find how quiet it is inside and out with having privacy as well.

The Garage access is manual, no keypad and there will be no remotes left at The Bungalow. ** If you are staying for over a 2 week period there is a garage remote available with a $25 deposit and refunded at check out.** Over a 21 day stay will require an additional $250.00 for cleaning.

If you bring your Pet please kindly keep them off all furniture and beds. If this is difficult please put a towel or blanket down for them to lay on.
