The Rooftop Oasis is a completely remodeled building. The home is a 3rd Floor Walk Up which provides room for 8 guests. It holds 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, fully-equipped kitchen/dining area, a fully furnished living room, a portable queen size
sleeper bed, and a hidden private rooftop oasis that is beautifully designed for maximum relaxation and entertainment. Enjoy playing board games like Jumbo Jenga and oversized connect 4, you can even put together puzzles that we provide, or connect to our high-speed Wifi to stream the latest channels. Whether you are on a business trip, bae-cation, family trip, or just looking for beautiful scenery The Rooftop Oasis is the perfect place to escape.

Awesome ROOFTOP DECK!

There's no hiding it - we intentionally booked this place because of the lovely rooftop deck. We were pleasantly surprised with the entire apartment. Clean, decorated tastefully and comfortable. We had a wonderful stay!

Perfect for a trip to Penn

We stayed there (two of us) for a reunion at Penn. Easy to walk to Penn and apt was clean and had everything we needed! Highly recommend. Does have steps so keep in mind if you have injuries.

This adorable apartment is so comfy and lovely. The owner thought of every detail - it’s got everything you need for a short or long stay and it’s full of thoughtful surprises too. We would definitely go back!

Rightly Named

It really is a rooftop oasis. We stayed during a heatwave and nevertheless mornings and evenings it was very pleasant to be up on the roof. Location is extremely convenient and the host really thought of everything. Highly recommend.

The apartment is comfortable, well appointed with excellent access to publis transportation and thus Drexel, Penn, and the city hall region. It is in a large city but felt neighborhood-ie. the apartment is a 3story walk up so if you have trouble on the stairs it’s not for you.

Great place in University City!

Very nice, very clean updated 3rd floor apartment with amazing rooftop patio and many thoughtful amenities. We loved our stay here! The host has thought of everything you could need. The location can't be beat. It's just 2 blocks to the subway station, on the border of Penn and Drexel, cute and shady neighborhood Park just a block away. I highly recommend renting here! The host was very responsive at all times.

Great Adult Getaway

This was a clean, comfortable place with easy access to an off-street parking space. Nevertheless, the highlight of the place was the rooftop. Our group of friends enjoyed ourselves in the rooftop with a few drinks and light music in the evenings and woke up to drink fresh coffee back at the rooftop the next day. Would recommend to friends and family.

FAREWELL TO FRANKIE BEVERLY with FAMILY and FRIENDS

The host is very detail oriented and accommodating . All that was needed was at our disposal. We're utilized VRBO's listings now 4 times . This was the smallest of rental but it did not fail to impress. Even through the temperature rose to 93 degrees we were able to utilize the rooftop at night and loved it .

Great setup, exceeded expectations! What a lovely apartment, clean, nicely decorated, well appointed and with thoughtful odds and lots of little extra and thoughtful toiletries. The rooftop deck was lovely both in the evening before we took a short Uber ride to see a show at the Mann Center and in the morning with a cup of coffee. Have already sent to friends with kids attending college in Philly. Great place!

Great place to stay

We moved our daughter into college and needed a place close to Drexel and Penn. Top floor two bedroom one bath was perfect for the 3 of us. Very clean and comfortable with a roof top patio that was a nice place to unwind after running around all day. 3 queen beds are a great option which I did not see anywhere else. Modern and not run down or beat up from use which is important. Quick response from the manager really make a difference when you are not familiar with Philly. I would recommend this place highly.

Lovely apt

This is a lovely apartment in a nice area where I felt safe walking to the corner bodega at 11 PM. It is near a lot of the hospital so there is some noise if you’re not used to staying in cities, but that is to be expected in my opinion. The rooftop deck was lovely. Thankfully, our weather cleared up a little and we were able to enjoy it. Extra bathroom, supplies and baby amenities were greatly appreciated! We visited the aquarium in Camden New Jersey, date bus stop city tour, and went to Lincoln financial field many times during the day for the concert they were attending. The drive was not far to any of these locations. Parking at the apartment was relatively easy. We never had to park or walk more than half a block away during our stay.

Great landing pad

We were in town for a squash tournament. We needed a place where we could find parking to drive to the different locations around the city, but also a place if we wanted to stay local there was lots to do. Great restaurants a short distance away. Easy parking on the street. The place itself had everything you could need and it felt like home right away. Sadly for us, it wasn't great weather and we didn't take advantage of the rooftop but I know we would have if it had been nicer weather. Thank you for hosting us!

Rip Roaring Rooftop

We had a great time in Philly. The property was nice and the owner had it thoughtfully decorated. We especially enjoyed being able to go up to the roof for morning coffee or a late night view of the city skyline. Lots of steps to climb in case you have mobility issues (we don't), but well worth it once you get up to the apartment. If you have concerns about the location, don't be. We felt safe during our stay and Drexel University is about a block or two away so lots of activity, young students, and buzz.

Rooftop experience

We came to Philly for a sports event. Parking was not bad. But you do have to find a spot there were limited spots. The house itself was spacious with everything advertised. We had three adults and we were never in each others way. The rooftop was the best part of this home as it had a nice view of the skyline. And we don’t have rooftops like this in Seattle. Thank you for sharing your home with us it was excellent

FAMILY FRIENDLY AND VERY CLEAN

The home was spectacular and clean and so comfortable and if you forgot to bring something you had no worries the home had everything. (Very Detailed Oriented) They even had a pack and play with fresh bedding and a high chair for my little one. The Rooftop is gorgeous and we had a small family dinner that was catered and it was the perfect setting and back drop to the city view. The host was super nice and communicate with me quickly and Check in was really easy. Street Parking was a breeze with no complaints despite we were in the city. This is my new home everytime I come to Philly. Thank You It was a pleasure

Beautifully and Newly Renovated Property well worth the price

A group of 8 of us slept very comfortably in this spacious location. To be honest, it could have slept 9 if you utilze the couch as a sleeping arrangement, and if the host purchased another air mattress, it could easily be fit into either bedroom for even more occupancy. While there were some surface cleaning issues with the outside of the appliances, and cabinetry, the remainder of the house was really well cleaned; fresh linens, clean bathroom etc. It came nicely stocked with toiletries, to include shampoo, conditioner, and body washed fully included in the bathroom, and even complimentary snacks in the kitchen! I think one of the best parts of this stay was the private rooftop lounge area. Now, while it was incredibly hot, the privacy and inclusion of this feature was amazing. As the evening cooled down it was really nice to have a huuuuge area to just go outside and hang out for a picnic or just to have a drink. Even though this location was on the 3rd floor, the location was really close to any other amenities you may need. Only about a half mile from conveniences. The host was very responsive with any requests and questions we had throughout the days prior to, and the days of our stay. She was very informative, and receptive to any and all questions. Over all, this was a fantastic stay, in a prime location, and at a hell of a price. For what we got, we would have expected it to have been much more expensive.
