Tenemos una unidad espaciosa frente al Golfo. .

Un dormitorio que dormirá 4 el día 10. piso en la esquina con un gran balcón, esta unidad se encontrará en su hogar con una sala de estar de tonos cálidos con un cómodo sofá cama doble y sofá de dos plazas, un televisor de pantalla plana con reproductor de DVD, un área de comedor con capacidad para 4 personas con una barra de desayuno que Tiene asientos adicionales.

Dos baños completos, con lavadora y secadora.

Le encantará nuestra cocina, bien equipada con todo lo que pueda necesitar.



Regency Towers ofrece una variedad de comodidades que satisfarán los deseos de cada turista. De las dos hermosas piscinas grandes, una climatizada según la temporada A Tiki Hut que tiene un excelente menú a un precio razonable y muy buena comida, voleibol, canchas de tenis, spa cubierto.

Just about perfect condo

We’ve been coming to PCB for about 10 years now, and this was absolutely the best condo we have rented. Laid out beautifully, gave our family of three plenty of space and privacy, bright and modern. Communication with the owner was very easy and fast. Please note that the elevators in this building are slow, and sometimes break down. That’s pretty typical of all of the beachfront condos in PCB.Wont stop us from booking this exact condo again next summer.

Summer Weekend Getaway

This condo is beautiful! We absolutely loved it. It’s a corner unit, so the balcony is private and the ocean views are amazing! Also being able to hear the ocean is very nice. Bed was very comfortable. Being on the 10th floor is great - can hear the pool scene but not too loud. Having a washer and dryer in unit is very handy for wet towels. Loved the included beach service! The condo was as clean as could be, and the owner was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. The location is on the quieter side of PCB which we loved. The building was older, but we had no problems with the elevators, maybe a few minute wait at busy times, which is to be expected. The pools were great and the tiki hut on-site was perfect! Great food and drinks at good prices. Overall, a 10. Thanks Debbie, for a great visit to PCB.

Overall a great unit with GREAT view

The unit itself is nice and described perfectly in the description. Fantastic view, clean and property owner is great with communication!! Watch outs for condo building (regency towers): 1. elevators…get on while you can was the motto of the week. 2. Checkin with Regency Towers…front desk closes early so we had to wait to get parking pass and wristbands. Waited 20mins for guard to return from getting food at pool bar to get temporary Parking pass.

Adorable Condo with the BEST VIEW!

We absolutely loved our stay at this condo! It was perfect for 2 adults and 2 kids. It was beautifully remodeled and decorated! The host is very nice to work with. I could not get over that view!! We hope to return. Thank you Debbie!!

Best Host

This host was the best. Very good communication and very helpful. One of the best we've dealt with. The good: The condo itself was very nicely updated. Nicely decorated with comfortable furniture. Everything we needed for a few days stay. Close to St. Andrews State Park and Captain Anderson's Marina. Lots of good places to eat near by (Diego's, Schooners, Captain Anderson's). The not so good: The outdoor furniture probably needs to be replaced and we didn't really trust the railing as it didn't look or sound very sturdy in the wind. This was the busy season so lots of people and kids around. Kind of noisy during the day with the pool and Tiki hut below the balcony, but they do have quiet time enforced from 11pm to 7am, so that helps. There are 3 elevators that are not high speed. What do expect: This is an older building that is a bit run down, but sufficient for what is needed. When you arrive, if the office is closed, you will issued a temporary parking pass at the guard gate. No code is needed. It is always manned. When the office opens, you will fill out paperwork about your condo number and car info. You will pay $25.00 and receive wrist bands, a parking pass and the code for the beach gate. No covered or assigned parking, but we never had trouble finding a place to park and we took our sun shield to keep it cooler. The building blocks most of the salt. Everyone who works here is very nice and friendly. We turned in our wrist bands at the end

Great stay!

Clean, easy and efficient! Great place right on the beach with easy access in and out of the condo. Included beach, chairs, and umbrella or just a bonus! Will definitely stay here again.

Family Trip

WOW - just WOW. The condo has just been renovated & is absolutely beautiful. The decor is beautiful & the bed slept amazing. Loved the shiplap in the bathrooms. I loved having 2 full baths w/ only 1 bedroom. The condo came equipped with all you need for your stay, including hair dryers. Loved this rental & Debbie was wonderful to work with. Will definitely stay here again.

The views from our condo were beautiful. The room was beautiful and very clean. The only downside to the trip was the long wait for the elevators sometimes.

Wish I could give more than 5 stars

Let me start off by saying.... don't let the pictures turn you away because this condo has been updated and it is beautiful!!! I'm a sucker for shiplap and it's all over the 2 bathrooms ❤ . The view of the ocean AHHMAZING! No carpet which made my heart so happy. Debbie was great! The only downfall was the AC unit is LOUD when on, but that's the only thing I can complain about. Now the resort.. The elevators SUCK. Security does not play at the pool AT ALL! They are pretty strict which will you like if you have little ones because the older kids can get rowdy and playing rough in the pool. You pay $20 when you check in at the front office and get your wrist bands and parking pass. Parking is thin if you stay out late and then you have to park across the street. Oh and the Tiki Bar food is great, especially the shrimp basket 😋. This is a great place to stay and highly recommend

That cleaning crew deserves some kind of award. Cleanest place I’ve ever stayed. Spotless!

Beautiful perfect place! I LOVED it and will be back! Debbie was amazing!!! The front desk staff would be my only complaint and it was just one lady.. the other lady that was there was very helpful and nice! Need more elevators.

This condo felt like home away from home.

This condo was a really nice place to stay. It was clean and so quite. The view of the ocean was amazing! The location was great, too. It was a huge plus that two beach chairs came with the unit. We can't wait until our next trip!

Beautiful

This was our second time staying at Regency Towers but our first time in this unit. It is a beautiful corner unit with amazing views. Very clean and well stocked. Would definitely recommend to anyone and will be staying here again.

Great unit

This was a great condo. The owner was always available with any questions or help with anything. This was my first time staying in Panama City and the location was great!! The beach was great and we had two chairs that came with the condo that they beach personnel would set up for us everyday. We are definitely looking forward to coming back and staying here.

Really enjoyed our stay.

My family and I had a great time and really enjoyed staying at 1005. Debbie the owner is super nice. The place is kept up really nice and stocked very well with anything you may need.

Comfortable, Affordable

We really loved our stay in this particular unit! While I agree with some of the reviewers that the bathrooms are a bit dated and there is some evident water damage to a few of the cabinets, overall we found the entire place to be very clean and comfortable. While the condo isn't brand new or particularly "fancy", it is inviting and surprisingly spacious. The view from the corner balcony is fantastic, and there is much more room than in the average condo. The beach is well-maintained and much less crowded than at some of the newer, larger condos. We loved the pools and particularly Bikini Bob's! We will absolutely "favorite" this property and hope to stay here again the future. Thanks!

Comfortable bed and pillows. Great sunsets view up and down beach. Everything you need in the kitchen. 2 pools. Bar with food. And the beach! NOT in the crowded traffic congested area. Near State Park.

Beautiful Condo

We recently stayed in the two bedroom condo on the second floor. Very clean and spacious. The condo was updated and the master bed was very comfortable. Thank you for sharing your little piece of paradise with us. We can't wait for our trip next year!
