Everything was amazing. Our chef had things shipped bd delivered prior to us arriving. The Host was nice enough to bring those thing inside before we arrived. There was enough to f face towels etc for the entire stay. There was snow skis and other things for everyone to play in the snow as well if we didn’t want to leave out.

We really enjoyed our stay. Would have been 5 stars but the theater room did not work, one dishwaher did not work and the grill also needs work.

Family Gathering

We had a wonderful stay! More room than we knew what to do with! Nicely secluded but still convenient to town. It was a bit chilly for our July stay so the hot tub was perfect! The kitchen was well equipped and we had everything we needed. Another plus with small grandchildren was that the backyard was fenced and contained so outdoor playtime was low stress.

Incredible property for a family reunion. So large that all 3 families had their own private sleeping areas. The kids thought they were staying in a castle. So many features that made this place extra special. Expansive views, electric shades, huge fireplace, movie theater, hot tub, incredible kitchen/entertainment areas with 3 sinks, 2 dishwashers, and massive, top of the line appliances. Separate office, billiard, and poker rooms gave people private spaces for conversations or work related activities. Master bedroom has steam shower and attached sitting room with a private balcony. Very cool.

Great for our family.

This was a great property for family to stay. We had children along and there was plenty of room. The hot tub, theater and pool table were nice when the weather wasn't good for outdoor activities.

Gold King Retreat

House is stunningly beautiful and comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Minor technical glitch with the movie room was quickly remedied by the property management team. We would highly recommend this house for rental.

Fall break

Outstanding property, very large open spaces, great for a large group. We were a group of 20, everyone had plenty of space and the kitchen is well suited to feed and serve that large of a group. Loved this property.

Best VRBO in Breck

Every summer I host a small retreat for business owners. And we have stayed at a half-dozen spots over the years, and this was our favorite by far. The house is spacious and beautiful. The neighborhood is quiet and right next to some hiking trails. And our communication with the hosts was excellent.

Perfect home for Family Reunion

This property is larger than appears in photographs. All guests in our party had plenty of space. A few in our party are musical and enjoyed the Steinway piano! It was an added bonus!

The Best family vacation in years.

Our 50th wedding anniversary celebration

Overall the property was great. Some minor maintenance issues(lights that barely worked, outlets that won't hold plugs, screens that were ripped or broken, kitchen island garbage disposal we couldn't get to work, two of the three ice makers didn't work), but nothing that make the property undesirable. Great layout allowed our 14 people to be under one roof but also to spread out when some alone or quiet time was needed. Beautiful views. Conveniently located to town. Well appointed kitchen.

Family Vacation

Beautiful home. Pictures are an accurate representation of the house. Our only concern was the lack of air conditioning. We knew this, but the evenings were a little warmer than anticipated. Excluding the air conditioning, the house was perfect location for our family get together.

60th Wedding Anniversary stay

We had a great week celebrating our parents 60th anniversary. Plenty of room and bathrooms for all 19 of us! Very clean house and well equipped kitchen. We used the hot tub everyday and grilled dinner multiple nights. Fireplace was beautiful and we really enjoyed spending time as a family here. Would recommend this property to everyone. Only negative is house gets very hot so don’t crank up the heat when you get there! Basement stays very warm!

Family Christmas Getaway

Property was clean, beautuful, and fully equipped. Our family of 14 enjoyed our stay. Andrew was a great help when we had a bathroom issue in one of the rooms. They sent a tech out to evaluate the problem. Our only disappointment was the projector was broken and we did not get to enjoy the theater room, which was a selling feature for the house.

Cozy, Luxury Mountain Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented this property for our wedding and had 15 people staying. From first walking in the door the property takes your breath away. Our family had the best time running around the house exploring, enjoying the breathtaking backyard, and seeing wildlife! We did a majority of our wedding photos on the property because it was so beautiful! Many morning we saw moose in the front yard & had a fox visit us in the backyard! Everyone had a wonderful, comfortable, and unforgettable stay!

Beautiful Large Home - Perfect for big groups

We could not have been more impressed by how beautiful we found this home. The majority of the living space is on one floor and it is EXTREMELY spacious. We were there for Christmas and when we arrived the owner had a tall beautifully decorated tree waiting for us. The kitchen was well-stocked with cook/dishware for our large group, which fit nicely at the large table for 10. The rooms were all comfortable and each had its own bathroom. The lower level contains a movie room and a large bedroom - which we found perfect for our baby granddaughter. There are televisions in every room, so we never used the movie room to watch movies. The primary living space consists of a living room with a large roaring fireplace and massive bar area combined with the dinning room and kitchen - attached to that area is an additional living room where there is a large television available and a room with a beautiful pool table. Just outside the kitchen there is a large hot-tub with plenty of towels. Although the road to the house is windy, the home is actually not that far from the slopes. There is a spot in the neighborhood where you can ski out onto an easy slope (short walk), there's also a free shuttle down the street (short walk), and the home comes with a free shuttle service that is door-to-door. We needed and used a car for groceries and evening pick up, although some of our group used Ubers and had no problem. I can't say enough about how much we loved this home; it truly was the perfect holiday experience.

This is a beautiful retreat home in the mountains of Colorado. The venue was clean and comfortable with all the special amenities such as a hot tub, nice kitchen, and a big table for people to gather around for a good meal. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Nice Place, needs some upkeep

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the place is a great place with the size, location and finishes. But there are some upkeep items that detract from it being a perfect stay. The snow fence is falling off one of the entrances, a fence rail in the back is broken, the mattresses/box springs all seem to be worn out and the home theater system was aging (though a technician fixed it while we were there and all the DVD’s were missing?). It’s still a great place to stay there’s just some things keeping it from being perfect for the amount of money you’re paying to stay there. I would still consider coming back to stay there again.
