No need to worry about mountain roads as the entire route leading to the cabin is paved and considered motorcycle-friendly at riders' discretion.

- Must be 25 or older to make reservation. Photo ID is required for booking.

- Absolutely No Party, No Events, No Smoking/Vaping/Hookah/e-Cigarettes!

- No Third Party booking.

- There is a $150 + tax non-refundable pet fee for each pet. Max 2 pets (dog only) and must be crated if left alone on the property. Please bring your own dog bedding(s) and crate(s).

- There are two active outdoor security cameras for your protection. One is on above deck pointed to entrance door and one is on above deck of back door pointed to hallway. There are no cameras inside the property. Any touching on security cameras will result an immediate eviction and forfeit rental payment.

- Please note: Sleeper sofa is generally recommended for children not adults. This sleeping arrangement is meant for convenience not comfort. If you're looking for comfort for older children or adults, we do not recommend counting a sleeper sofa as sleeping arrangement.

- By booking you agree to adhere everything in House Rules. Once you have made reservation, you will receive emails from us (property) regarding your booking and cabin information before your arrival. For a unique adventure for kids meal, check out English Mountain Trout Farm and Grill located in Sevierville. Visitors can catch their own dinner from among various species of trout. Horseback riding, zipline tours, ATV rides are also available just 6 minutes from the cabin!
