- Steep roads may require 4-wheel drive and/or chain in snowy conditions
- Bears and critters frequent the area; exercise caution
- At our home you can enjoy nature at its finest. We are on a comprehensive pest control program with regular treatments by a local professional. However, our location means that you may have experiences with critters of the 4-, 6-, or 8-legged variety.
- Exterior cameras in use for your safety. Camera mounted near the front door and pointed at the driveway.

Pet Policy:
Maximum of 2 dogs allowed w/ non-refundable, due at booking, $150-$180 (amount varies by booking platform).
Note: Sky View cabin is built on a slope & does not have a fenced, level yard area.
Dogs must be house-trained and cannot be left unattended inside or outside of cabin
No cats, horses, elephants or other non-dog pets allowed
We recommend bringing a few old towels with you to wipe off their feet after going outside, especially in the wet months, as Tennessee Red Clay is inevitable.
