Will not return

First time staying at a VRBO that was also a hotel. The staff on property were amazing and saved the day. Everyone was pleasant & helpful, and the valets recognized us by name within a few days. Nice to have free (tipped) valet parking and unlike many Vegas hotels, the hallways are short and distance from the front door to the elevator was small, so easy with luggage or doing quick in and out. I will let my ratings of communication with the host and cleanliness/condition speak for themselves. The host was given feedback and didn’t apologize, request more information, or reply at all, which was typical of her communication style. After a snafu at check-in, she did get the hotel to waive the cleaning fee but it was communicated as if it were a punishment to the hotel not a kindness for the inconvenience nor did she acknowledge she had any role in the situation (I doubt she recognizes she has any role). Will not return, a first time for this longtime VRBO customer.

Convenient location!

I enjoyed the stay but coffee machine wasn’t working so I wished there were proper coffee machines. The sofa bed mattress was not comfortable. I think you can put better mattress there. Other than that the place was great!!

This hotel has suites that are privately owned. Never heard of this ever. They make it seem like you are getting a room through the hotel and you are not. Ridiculous payment plan and extra fees to clean the room. Expedia makes you think you’re doing business with them also and then you find out it’s with VRBO. Never again.

Great stay

Nice place, accurate listing. The only thing missing was ice. Couldn't find any close by and there wasn't any stocked in the freezer. Had an excellent time and especially enjoyed the view from the patio.

Traveled to vegas for a mini vacay with my spouse. The room pics should be updated on the website. Was expecting it to be a little more clean, shower fixtures had hard water build up and stains and tub was not so clean. Disappointed that there was a balcony but no chairs to sit and enjoy, and there was a sign that read do not take anything on the balcony. It would also be helpful to notate in listing that there is a cleaning fee and that towels are at an additional cost. Bed was comfortable. Area was quiet, staff were helpful

Absolutely horrible experience!!

First time user of Vrbo. Booked for 90th birthday celebration.Vrbo host advertised two jacuzzi bathrooms. When we arrived there was one bathroom. Emailed & called host several times. Host was very difficult to get in contact with. based on false advertisement Vrbo ended up moving us from this location for one night I paid for three.Vrbo escalation team promised to contact me the next morning before check out I've been waiting for two days now. We were basically left stranded. I am out of so much money. Absolutely horrible experience!!

Great view from the balcony. Room was clean and tidy. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Unit owner was very responsive and even gave us early check in. The Palms Place staff was so friendly & helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely stay again in the future.

Great View

The spot was clean and neat could use a few more spoons and forks, not enough for me and my husband and our 2 guest who came by for dinner. Also they do have a coffee maker but should list that you need coffee pods. Over all good stay. I would stay again

Tv hard to figure out.

The property is located in the palms hotel. If I wanted to stay at the palms- I would have simply booked with the palms hotel. I wasn’t told it was at a hotel until the day before check in.. after I had paid for everything. Tv was hard to figure out and channel wouldn’t change. The people at the pool seemed pretentious.. The in room jacuzzi was simply awesome. Bed was super comfortable. Found a long black hair stuck on TP roll.

The Complete Package

This property was In a great location. The property owner was very responsive. The casino was very nice. The restaurants on site were very tasty. The bed was very comfortable. Great water pressure in the shower with the rain shower head. Would consider staying there again.
