Everything was wonderful other than the AC handler continued to leak into the gamer room and hallway. I sent two messages but it was never fixed.

Nice & Good Location

The stay started out horrible. Arrived after a 15 hour drive and the house was never cleaned from previous residents. Took a few calls to get straightened out. They sent 1 woman to clean the whole place. We never got in until almost 9pm. The house could also use some repairs but I expect that with a rental. Overall I loved the house and enjoyed my stay. They also made up for the first night but not sure if it actually did. I do recommend this place because it is beautiful.

We had 29 people stay and no one had to sleep on the floor. Plenty of space. Everything we used worked perfectly and it was a very comfortable stay.

Great Place

Our annual family trip with adult children and a few grands, ages 2 - 6. It was perfect for all ages. The decor is beautiful, the pool was perfect. Everyone enjoyed the water park as well. Absolutely worth every penny!!

Wonderful time

The home was exactly as pictured, beautiful! The kitchen was fully equipped with a kurig, a coffee pot and a full pot electrc carafe, an air fryer, a blender, baking pans and frying pans. There was an extra frig in the game room. Each bathroom had a hair dryer. The pool and hot tub were lots of fun and well kept. We grilled out several nights on the grill. On a rainy day we had in home massages which were marvelous! The outside was so nice and really private. This house is on a corner lot and there is parking for 9 cars! There is a sanded overflow large pond at the back that gave it great privacy! The outside furniture was abundant and comfortable. We had no problems with mosquitoes or any flying insects. The beds and pillows were very comfortable! Televisions in every room!! Located just a minute or two from the Oasis Club! Our group went to Discovery Cove,Epcot, Universal and Magic Kingdom. My favorite was Magic Kingdom with my Great Granddaughter, who was just in awe of it all!! My next favorite was Discovery Zone with a great Lazy River, swim witht the Dolphins and snorkleing!! My very best favorite was time with family giggling and reminiscing. This home made it all happen!! The host, Carl, was great and responded quickly to issues!! Would definitely go back to the same house!! Thanks Carl!!

Perfect for large family

The house was clean and spacious. The pool was crystal clear and heat was on right at check in. Someone from the Property Management company came to check in things right at check in and replaced the propane tank on the BBQ right away. The owner was courteous and quick to respond to all messages.

Good overall, a couple of issues

Property was in a good area. Amenities were nice, we ventured down to the water park area a couple of times. Good access to groceries. Entry gates being open at different times was a little confusing at first. Takes a few minutes to get off the interstate and to the community.Main problem was with resolving issues - host was responsive to communications but follow-up wasn't there. Contacted about three issues:1. Hot tub not heating up - after flipping the heater on, nothing happened after about an hour, so I reached out and Carl said to wait longer. We did. Eventually, the jets would run for a while, and then turn cold. The hottest the hot tub would get was about 90 degrees.2. Notified about an upstairs shower leaking into the family room on the night we arrived, never got a response. We just didn't use the shower, which wasn't ideal since there were 5 showers for over 20 people. 3. We asked for and paid for a grill rental. The grill didn't work - no gas flowing so it wouldn't light. Asked for resolution, got a response but no follow-up.All in all, paid several hundred dollars for extras - pool heat and gas grill - and didn't get satisfactory use for them. I didn't have time to chase down Carl, and so it was wasted money. Everything else was good, but I wouldn't stay here again due to these issues.

Champions Gate is a wonderful neighborhood

We were there from North Carolina for two weeks while our home underwent hurricane damage repairs. During this time we needed to work and so we were looking for a large property that would allow office space. The floor plan of the extra large house was amazing, and the space was perfect for our small family of three. We especially enjoyed the pool and were happy with the unusually warm Winter weather in Florida during our stay. The pros of the property for us were: size of the home, resort style neighborhood with a community pool, private pool at the home that was heated, no carpet in the home, large side yard, and wonderful streets with sidewalks for walking my dogs, large kitchen, great outdoor eating space, no neighbors immediately behind the home, and a large number of bathrooms. The cons for us were: the tile floor has not ever been mopped adequately, and we had to wear shoes all the time as a result until I scrubbed the floors, the host doesn’t supply cleaning equipment such as a vacuum, the host preferred communication via VRBO app only but I insisted on a phone number for contact, which was helpful when the air-conditioning went out for a day (the local host contact did respond by text message and got an HVAC company out to the home to restore the air conditioning within 24 hrs, the home does not have any extra supplies like you would expect at a personal second home rental property so guests will need to expect to bring extra supplies beyond personal items.

Nothing short of amazing

From the booking to the check in, the host was amazing. The house was awesome. Very well equipped to make your family event spectacular. The host was very thorough. The instructions were clear and the house description and pictures were just as it was at the location. We had an amaing time. Thanks for everything and we will stay again.

Family Christmas

We enjoyed the property very much. It was perfect for us. There was 26 of us a newborn up to 68 years old. One point against him is there is not enough towels. We had to do laundry every day and we even took towels to use the pool and we did hang them up but they just don’t dry in Florida like they do back here in Missouri we did by the pool heater option and it did not work right so the hot tub wasn’t hot very often. It completely quit working the last two days that we were there. It was our first experience in a Verbo. You just have to expect to pay extra for anything extra. They may mention that they have it, but there’s a fee if you want it. They didn’t need to check up on their cleaning crew. It was OK. It was satisfactory, but there was little things that weren’t cleaned, but I have rental cabins back in Missouri so I’m probably more particular than the average person but if you want a fun place for a big family, this is the perfect house. It just needs a little TLC nothing major and yes, I would rent it again.

Family Reunion for wedding

We had three generations of family together including: 5 adult couples, 5 young adult college students and 2 teens who slept in the home with more than enough room! We also had visits with 5 additional adults and 5 kids ages 8-12 who did not spend the night but had plenty of room for everyone to eat meals together. The pool and game room were a hit for all the kids! Great location in a lovely community!

A lot of potential

I would give this house a 3/5 The saying "you never get a second chance to make a first impression" rang true here. The house was not clean. There were crumbs on the floor, wrappers in the garage, beads from a bean bag on one of the bedroom floors, pop cans under a couch, and little dead ants in the master bathroom. I feel confident that some of the sheets weren't changed. Mold was building up in the corners of the shower. The cleaning company should be replaced immediately. It seems like they haven't been doing a good job for a while for some of the mold build up we saw. We ended up going to WalMart to buy towels. There weren't enough towels in the house for the 13 people we had without washing the towels every day. That being said, the management company was very responsive. If it weren't for them, we would have rated the home lower overall. The management company offered to have the cleaning company come back. We were already in the house so we declined. They had someone fix the pool light when we mentioned it didn't work. Maintenance came to fix/reconnect the string lights that were outside and to fix the game system. I think they have a lot of potential. I believe the maintenance worker (who was very nice) mentioned they may have recently acquired this property. With a new cleaning company and more towels/a dish cloth etc.they would already be moving towards a 4 or 5. The house is very nicely decorated and in a great area. We loved the corner lot.

Disappointing Experience

The location was perfect! The check in process wasn’t smooth. I responded to the email received related to the guest; however the property manager said he didn’t see it before we arrived. This created a 30-45 minute wait. The house was nice but lacked the cleanliness in the common areas. Also, we experienced issues with the garbage disposal and sliding glass door. I selected the home mainly because it offered a hot tub; however it did not work at all during our stay!

Excellent Fun!

We gathered 21 of our closest family members and we all had a fabulous time. We were there for a long weekend and surprisingly no one ever left the home, we were all having such a good time. Everybody was happy just to enjoy the facility. The beds were very comfortable and the home was very spacious. My crew was extremely happy! The only thing to note is if you book this home you may want to bring AA and AAA batteries for the remote and game system controllers. With a home this large, I'm sure they're hard to keep up with for management. Also toilet paper and full-size bath towels if you want those, although they do supply one towel for everyone. Also, laundry and dish soap might come in handy. Other than that we had a fabulous day and hope to get to come back sometime very soon! Communication was really good with the host! Very responsive.

Family and friends theme parks vacation!

The house was very nice and large enough for all of us to be comfortable. Everyone enjoyed the game room and pool. The only thing is that the slider going out to the pool area is extremely hard to open and close. It needs to be repaired or replaced. However, don’t let that tarnish your view… the house is great and the Oasis club on the property is wonderful.
