Este coqueto alojamiento se encuentra en una zona residencial muy tranquila, en el Puerto de Alcudia, a pocos minutos caminando de la preciosa y famosa playa de agua cristalina.



El apartamento tiene dos terrazas, una delantera y otra trasera, ambas amuebladas con dos hamacas y mesa para 4 personas, para poder disfrutar del buen tiempo en Mallorca y poder hacer vida al aire libre. Además, pertenece a un complejo con una gran piscina comunitaria con trampolín y mucha zona de césped. La piscina está abierta desde marzo a noviembre. En la vivienda encontrarán toallas tanto de baño como de piscina.



La casa dispone de un amplio salón comedor con mucha luz, debido a que tiene salida directa a una de las terrazas. La cocina está integrada en el salón, convirtiéndola en una vivienda muy acogedora. Además, hay dos habitaciones con cama de matrimonio, una de ellas con acceso directo a la segunda terraza, y un baño.



Sin duda, Avus es una opción perfecta para unas increíbles vacaciones en el norte de Mallorca sin necesidad de alquilar un coche, ya que tanto buenos bares y restaurantes como supermercados se encuentran en las calles de alrededor.

Ideal location for the Ironman event. Didn’t use the pool area, preferred to head to the beach. I would have preferred a more powerful shower.

We enjoyed our stay at avus villa,the villa is within walking distance to everything, nice and clean villa,we never used the pool but it looked nice and clean,we preferred the beach,we will definitely stay here again . Thank you

Perfect for a weekend away

Great apartment. Just what we needed for my friend and I to spend the weekend in Alcudia. It was out of season so there were a few bars etc still shut but only a short walk to the port itself where everything was open. Host was great.

Simply perfect

The hosts were very nice leaving some pastries, rolls, ham, and a lovely bottle of wine to get us started. The apartment stayed cool at night and was very comfortable and clean. What really stands out apart from the great owners is the location, 5mins from the beach, 10mins to a waterpark, a quiet pool on you back door and no shortage of restaurants nearby

Great apartment a few minutes from the beach

Fantastic location, a couple of minutes from the beach, some solid foods options very near, lovely garden space. Cupboards full of everyday essentials like dishwasher tablets and washing machine powder, clingfilm. A nice inviting space, good internet, some food already in the fridge. The only cons, its would benefit from a new fridge as it was very noisy and made funny sounds throughout the night and two slightly better beds. Certainly not awful but for the price of the apartment I think that is a worthy investment / upgrade.

Perfect for a weekend away

The apartment had everything we needed for a few days away. There was a lovely selection of treats for us on arrival. It was clean and the beds comfortable. We came out of season so the beach bars were closed but we didn't mind the walk up to the port, which takes 15-20 minutes. We requested an early check in but there was someone staying before us. Antonio messaged us as soon as the apartment was ready so we didn't have to wait until 4pm. It would have been good to have a map of where the recycling points for plastic and cans were.

We had a wonderful time staying here. We had a spacious bedroom each with comfortable double beds, which is quite unusual for the price. The apartment had everything to spend time home from home with a well equipped kitchen and modern bathroom, and comfy sofa. The aircon was really efficient too.The outside terraces were great as I have some mobility issues and it's all on one level, with lovely new sunbeds, umbrella and large table and bbq. The kind host provided a few items like milk, wine, juice and cake to tide us over till we went to the shop. The pool is brilliant, it was a nice temperature and in a great location to pop in and out to cool off as the weather was so hot. The area is brilliant for the beautiful beaches, bars, restaurants and supermarkets, but set back enough to be quiet and peaceful. The buses run from the bottom of the road along to the old town and a variety of other destinations, including the airport. All in all, we would thoroughly recommend this brilliant apartment. We were able to sign into Netflix, but it would have been nice to have a few English channels on the TV. An abrasive sponge for washing up would be useful and a couple more loo rolls! This is not a criticism and in no way spoilt our enjoyment!

Apartamento recomendable 100%

El apartamento tenía todo lo imprescindible para pasar unas vacaciones muy agradables. Está cercano a la playa, hay aparcamiento en la calle y no es una calle muy transitada por coches, por lo que el descanso nocturno es de agradecer. El aire acondicionado excelente y sobre todo la terraza muy grande y ubicada en una zona tranquila.

Tout était parfait !

Schöne Ferienwohnung

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit insgesamt guter Ausstattung. Lage in Strandnähe und fußläufig bis ins Zentrum. Ruhige Anlage (im April) und Parkmöglichkeiten direkt vor der Wohnung. Wir hätten uns nur über extra Toilettenpapier und Müllbeutel gefreut, da war leider wenig vorhanden.

Grande recomendación

Todo estuve estupendo desde el primer día. Comunicación con el propietario,recogida los llaves, localización( cerca de todoa pie),limpieza, atención a la bienvenida que nos dejó el dueño. También durante la estancia el dueño preguntaba si está todo bien. Entonces de mi parte una grande recomendación! Y un Gracias enorme.

Super Unterkunft!

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in der Unterkunft. Die Unterkunft hat wirklich alles geboten, was wir für unsere Reise benötigt haben. Die Lage war ruhig, dennoch sehr zentral. In wenigen Minuten war man am Strand. Die Ausstattung der Unterkunft war außerordentlich gut, sauber und auch der Außenbereich mit den Terrassen hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Toilettenpapier, Seife, Mülltüten und Geschirrtücher waren knapp bemessen.

Appartment in netter Gesellschaft und guter Lage

Wir hatten eine sehr nette Begrüßung. Die Nachbarn sind nett und die Lage gut. Das Appartment war sauber und ordentlich. Die Ausstattung der Küche, alles nur 3 mal für 3 Personen vorhanden. Damit muss jedes mal abgewaschen werden. Zu wenig Geschirr und Besteck! Das Bett im kleinen Schlafzimmer kippelt und liegt sich damit dehr unbequem. Die Toilettenbrille ist defekt.

Vi havde nogle dejlige dage i lejligheden

Vi havde nogle dejlige dage i lejligheden. Lå perfekt i forhold til lækker strand, restauranter og indkøb. En god gåtur til den gamle bydel er værd at tage. Anbefaling herfra. Værten var utrolig hurtig til at give svar tilbage ved spørgsmål. Vi kommer gerne igen
