The Neighborhood:
Horseshoe Bay is an amazing community located in the Texas hill country and is about 1 hour from Austin, 2.5 hours from Houston and 3 hours from Dallas. One of the highlights is certainly Lake LBJ, as it is one of only 2 constant level lakes in the area. But Horseshoe Bay, has so much more to offer. There are over 8 golf courses within 15 miles. Fredericksburg and all the hill country vineyards are within an hours drive of the property. Horseshoe Bay Resort has become a large draw with fun events and concerts as well as weddings. Marble Falls is 15 minutes away and has a lot of the fun restaurants, bars and night life.
Getting Around:
A car is the preferred method of transportation in the Texas hill country and Horseshoe Bay. A boat is also a method of transportation used at this property.
Other Things to Note:
-- Policies --
- The primary guest (booker) must be at least 25 years old at the time of booking. Additionally, a guest aged 25 or older must be present at the property throughout the entire stay and then the Maximum occupancy is limited to 10 people.
- Up to 2 Dogs are permitted at this property.The Pet Fee is Non-Refundable and is $175.39 (taxes included) per stay
and a signed rental agreement with dog information. Aggressive breeds and puppies under 1 year not permitted.
- The swimming pool: It can be heated at an extra cost. If you would like the pool heated please contact us and we will set it up. Please do not heat the pool on your own. Please avoid using glass tableware or glass bottles near the pool. Broken glass in the pool will result in extra fines. Please help us keep the water clean by rinsing off any sunscreen before entering the pool.
- Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. The Property is located in a residential zone and quiet hours are strictly enforced
- A completed Rental Agreement and Check-In form are required to complete the reservation. Access will not be granted before both forms are completed.
- Safety Notice: Your safety matters. This property features exterior security cameras. No cameras face into the house or look into interior space
