Great place to stay! Kitchen was fully equipment. Bedrooms were very comforable. Very Clean. Felt like home! We enjoyed our stay and would book again.

One of the best I have ever stayed at

The property is very clean, very updated and modern. Access to restaurants, shops liquor store, and the interstate are all very close. Very safe neighborhood. We will definitely go back. One of the best I have ever stayed at.

We stayed here for a few days during our road trip through Texas and absolutely loved this place! It was the perfect spot to venture out and visit San Antonio. The Alamo and the other missions were close by. Grocery store is very nearby. I loved how we could come home to a quiet neighborhood after being out all day, to a clean and very comfortable home with 3 bedrooms so our 2 teens could have their own room. I would definitely come here again! Loved the peace and quiet of a clean, cozy home with comfortable beds (I’m kinda picky when it comes to beds) and a fully equipped kitchen.

Great for extended families!

We had a great stay with my parents, brother and husband and little girl. Great for a family weekend getaway that included golf, the zoo and cooking at home! The house had everything we needed for a grill out. Would definitely stay here again!

The property was as described, very comfortable with plenty of room and in a quiet neighborhood undergoing a resurgence. The backyard was nice, but sadly it was too hot to enjoy in September. The house was close enough to every place we visited; we had a car. Communication was a breeze and the service/owner was pleasantly attentive. It was very clean, no heavy air fresheners or perfumes were used. I stayed here with my 3 adult siblings and would definitely stay here again.

We had the BEST stay! The house was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had absolutely everything our family needed for a comfortable visit—from coffee in the mornings to the fluffiest towels and some of the most comfortable beds we’ve ever slept on (my kids made sure to test them all!).Host is very responsive and provided all the necessarily info for an easy check in and stay. The location couldn’t have been better—just 20 minutes to SeaWorld, 15 minutes to the River Walk, and 10 minutes to the Pearl District. Plus, we discovered some fantastic local restaurants right in the neighborhood.This home was truly a perfect home base for our San Antonio adventure, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!

Everything thing was just lovely. The location and ease of access to everything is within a few miles and minutes. Our host was exceptional, so quick to respond. Home had everything we needed and a great backyard.

This was a lovely house in a very quiet neighborhood. Although the square footage was not large, the house is so well laid out that it felt much larger. 3 BR & 2 baths and master has a huge walk in closet. All very updated and well furnished. There is a large fenced backyard and nice patio furniture. And there is enough parking inside the gate for two cars. It is 4 minutes from an HEB and centrally located for most of SA. We were there for 3 weeks while our daughter recovered from surgery and we were very comfortable. The owner was very accessible and responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

Came down from Dallas to see family. Great location to my parents in Olmos Park but bad neighborhood. Clean and recently remodeled. Had almost everything we needed to cook a big family meal.

We had a wonderful time visiting SA again. This was the perfect location for my mother to attend her 65th high school reunion and we had multiple option for meals and Horace Whispers was as advertised and very adorable. Would definitely recommend to others.

Beautifully renovated home to the standards of Hilton or Marriott. Horace St is on the industrial side of McCullough Blvd but the neighbors are quiet and unassuming. Great location next to the historic community of Olmos Park and Trinity University. Quick access to Downtown, Zoo, and the Alamo Quarry Market. Large H-E-B grocery store down the street and plenty of restaurants to choose from.

Lovely Cottage Getaway

We loved the house so much, that we had to come back and stay another month! It is smart and efficient, with a modern flair to it. The beds were great, and the luxurious monogrammed towels were amazing! It was a very convenient location, and truly a pleasure. Enjoy!

Girls weekend

This house was great for our weekend trip. Great kitchen with everything we needed and we cooked 2 meals while there. Neighborhood was quiet, beds were comfortable. We had a problem with internet connection upon arrival and the owner sent help. She arrived and contacted the carrier and had it fixed. It was about 15 minutes drive to downtown with several great places to eat in close proximity. We enjoyed our stay!

Charming House and Well Appointed

We were surprised to find a relatively new home that was decorated with pizazz, and in a great location. It's right across from Olmos Park. We loved it, and wanted to buy it! Enjoy!
