Prominently located in the desirable town of Gilford, the Lakes Region Retreat boasts all of the amenities you might expect from a luxury resort, including breathtaking sunsets, lake views, and a hot tub from which to enjoy it all! There’s room for everyone in this 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom house. You’ll enjoy the lake and mountain views while lounging on the wrap-around porch, drinking coffee from the private master bedroom deck, or while relaxing by the fire pit on the patio.

Here, you’ll find the perfect balance of privacy and convenience. The property is located within minutes of Lake Winnipesaukee, Gunstock Ski Resort, and Bank of NH Music Pavilion.

The Space
Situated on over 2.5 acres, there’s plenty of outdoor space and privacy for everyone to enjoy. The farmer’s porch and extensive patio has several different seating areas and over-sized umbrellas for shade on sunny days. You’ll love preparing dinner in the outdoor kitchen with multiple grill options. The 8-person, salt-water hot tub is a perfect way to unwind after a busy day. Or spend an evening playing corn hole and sitting around the propane fire pit. There’s also a wood-fire pit for s’mores!

Kitchen/Dining Room
The high-end kitchen has everything you might need for your whole group, including large and small appliances, dishware, soap, paper products, etc. The adjoining dining space can accommodate your entire group.

Living Room
The living room features a wood-burning fireplace that creates a warm and inviting space for family games, a movie night, or reading a book on a cool New England evening. Firewood will be provided and available for you to use.

Bedrooms
There are 3 bedrooms on the main level. One bedroom has a king-sized bed, the other two bedrooms have queen-sized beds. Upstairs, you’ll find an entire level dedicated to the master bedroom retreat. The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a twin-sized trundle bed that can accommodate two additional people. Directly from this master bedroom, you will find a private deck, a large en suite bathroom, makeup vanity area, over-sized closet, and a laundry room. There’s even a comfortable nook complete with a desk and charging area if you need to check in on work while vacationing.

Game Room
Your kids will be looking for their own space so we’ve created a wonderful playroom above the garage. Here, you’ll find a ping pong table, games, puzzles, and a TV. A powder room and a fifth bedroom with a queen bed is located right off of this space. The playroom also has a pull-out couch to accommodate extra people in your group.

All bed linens, towels, soaps, and shampoos are provided.

The lowest level of the house is not part of this rental space. However, the Hosts may be willing to rent out the finished, 1 bedroom 1 bath basement apartment for an additional nightly fee. Please contact Host for more information.

Baby gear, including a pack-n-play and high-chair, can be made available per your request.

Guest Access
Your Hosts will meet you at the property upon arrival to walk you through all of the amenities. You will also receive a personalized access code for the electronic keypad located on the front door of the main living level.

Please DO NOT bring any pets. Failure to comply with this rule is grounds for immediate termination of the stay.

There is NO SMOKING in or around the property at any time.

Early check-ins and late check-outs may be available upon request.

Feel free to park at the top of the driveway in front of the garage. Overflow parking is available at the bottom of the driveway.
