Plenty of fun things to do. Pool can be heated with additional fee ($50 per day). Please request 72 hours prior to arrival. I Have tables and chairs if needed for small event ($50 fee) Also have large double water slide for rent ($100) and Small water slide/jumper for rent for small kids ($65) Nacho machine ($75) If you are requesting to have a party, property needs to be cleaned up after event and left in original condition, all trash thrown out and all patio furniture put back as it was. ($250 refundable Deposit required for parties)
