The cabin was perfect for our family of 6. The views, the large bedrooms, cozy living spaces made this place a great choice for a long weekend in the Smokies. The kids loved the game room. Thanks again for being such great hosts.

Property is well maintained and beds were comfortable! The view from the second story is lovely. Outside fire pit was nice and the hot tub was very clean and spacious. We saw a Momma Bear and 2 cubs just walking around outside so im glad there was a heads up to pay attention and dont leave things outside! Everything worked and we had no issues so we never had to contact the hosts. Thats a great plus for me!

Fun Family Getaway in Nature

Had a great vacation! The house is immaculately clean and great communication with host from start to finish. Plenty of room for four adults and three kids. Great views, we loved sitting by the fire pit at night and the beds are comfortable. Good location for sight seeing in Gatlinburg. Would definitely stay again!

Family Trip

Our family went dor a short getaway, to the mountains, in Gatlinburg and the view from the cabin was amazing. The cabin was equipped with games, tv's, and a hot tub to keep the kids busy. A short distance from downtown Pigeon Forge for even more fun.

This 4 (king) bedroom cabin is amazing. They had it decorated for Christmas with trees and lights. Talk about comfortable!! Fully stocked with games, puzzles, pool table, PAC man, hot tub with plenty of towels. We enjoyed every amenity to its fullest. Thank you to the owners who made out stay WONDERFUL!!

Birthday trip made easy!

My friends and spouse couldn't have been more pleased with our stay! Laura and Vincent were very attentive with our needs and concerns during our stay. Also, we saw bears! They were so active by the cabin and it was truly a sight to see! We couldn't have asked for a better cabin, better view, better hosts and better experience. We'll definitely be back!

Great from start to finish

Perfect location. Close to Gatlinburg, nice views, drive not too scary. Home is beautiful and well-appointed. We spent most of our evenings here relaxing, cooking dinner, and playing pool. Excellent communication even before booking. Owners show a high level of commitment to and interest in their property. I would definitely rent from them again!

AMAZING property and views

Breathtaking views and cabin. More than we expected. Clean, easily accessible to all amenities. Had a completely stocked kitchen (cooking supplies, dinnerware, silverware, etc) which was so convenient. My girlfriend’s and I came for a fun and relaxing weekend and we got just the at. We are looking forward to coming back next year.

Amazing Getaway

The cabin is cozy and peaceful I would recommend it to anyone. We did get visited by a momma and two bears cubs. One of the cubs climbed up the pole on the front porch and got a bird’s nest. The bears were very polite though never showing any aggression as they were being watched. The only reason for just four stars is there are two deep holes in the road entering the cabin that will do damage to your car. Other than that it is an excellent getaway.

Exceptional!!

Amazing views, beautiful cabin inside and out. The outside sitting area with the fire pit was so relaxing after a long day. The weather couldn’t have been better. My nieces loved the hot tub. There is everything you need in the kitchen. The coffee nook was a huge hit. The bedrooms are breathtaking! Comfortable and roomy!! So nice to have your own bathroom! We did see several bears! It was amazing! Laura and Vincent were amazing!

Birthday celebration

Everything was wonderful. Couple of things. There were no kitchen towels. Not sure if we should have had them. There were soap dispensers in the bathrooms, but they were empty. We weren’t sure if they were to be filled or not. Overall stay was awesome! We would stay there again. Beautiful home!

Thanks for your great feedback. We leave out 2 Kitchen towels and a starter roll of paper towels for each stay. We will definitely check with our cleaner to make sure that this is not being missed. The soap dispensers in the bathrooms are decorative only! but we do leave our travel soaps/shampoo, etc. We are thrilled you had a wonderful experience at our cabin, and welcome back anytime. Our family loved staying here during our vacation. Laura and Vincent were fantastic hosts, easy to communicate with and went out of their way to ensure we were set up for a great stay. The house has everything you could need, a spacious dining table for meals, game room is amazing with lots of games, 4 king ensuite bed/bath, comfortable couch and beds and a well-appointed kitchen. AMAZING views. As a design lover, I also really appreciated the thoughtful design elements throughout the house----it's clear Laura and Vincent have impeccable taste and style. Plus there is so to do in Downtown Gatlinburg, and it is only about about 10 mins away. I look forward to coming back! Highly recommend!

Everything seemed ok lot of pet hear and it said it was not for pets. Need new couch wore one of the chairs had a broken leg. The beds were awesome our disabled mother in law had a hard time going to the rest room no pull handles or handicap towels. But we worked through it. Al in all a nice time

Immaculate property with breathtaking views

Reserved this place for a small family reunion. It was perfect. The hosts kept us informed prior to our arrival with what would be provided at the property and what to bring, which was very helpful. The home was immaculate and so well appointed with gorgeous views from the large windows upstairs and down. My family loved chatting over coffee on the deck around the large table in the morning. We saw the cloud topped mountains in the distance and then…bears on the street below. Everyone was excited. The bedrooms were nicely decorated with very comfortable beds. The decor is upscale with a lovely rustic feel. We loved the privacy of the rooms and the multiple gathering spaces. Everything was available - pool, multi video game (nice flashback 80s games for us oldsters : ), and board games. Even a stack of pamphlets covering all the area attractions. We also really enjoyed the fire pit with comfy Adirondack chairs. What a fantastic find! Highly recommend.

Pointers Peak was PERFECT!

New, modern, pristinely kept with all the conveniences of home. Big game room upstairs with amazing views. Coffee bar was a great feature. Hosts were easy to communicate with. Highly recommend.

We first went to Gatlinburg in the winter of 2022 for a short break, and immediately fell in love with the area. We decided there and then that we wanted to spend more time here. We found this cabin during its construction in 2022. We were drawn toward the more modern look and feel, while also being nestled up in the mountains. The location has fantastic year-round views along with ample privacy from the hustle and bustle of downtown Gatlinburg, which is less than 10 minutes away. We have decorated and appointed this cabin as our home, and we really hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

We settled on Chalet Village North for a couple of reasons, but mainly because it is really the Jewel of Gatlinburg. You have some of the best views in the Smokies, and you are about a mile from downtown Gatlinburg. When we vacation there, we want to enjoy what the mountains have to offer, while also being close to great restaurants and a bustling downtown. If you are visiting for the attractions, views and of course a chance to see the beautiful and majestic bears that roam around, Chalet Village is the place to be.

Our cabin is a new larger well-appointed cabin with all of the modern-day luxury amenities that we are accustomed to in life. From Central A/C to Smart TVs, a Hot tub, and views to die for, this cabin has it all. You are nestled on a beautiful ridge, that's easy to access, yet private. You will see bears daily and we hope you enjoy them as much as we do.
