EXPLORE THE SMOKIES

Dollywood and The Island are approximately 8 miles away; Gatlinburg and national park trails are approximately 12–13 miles away. Travel times vary with traffic and mountain road conditions.



ARRIVAL & PARKING

Parking is available for up to four vehicles. The final approach and driveway are paved but steep and narrow, with limited turnaround space. Trailers and motorcycles are not recommended. AWD or 4WD is strongly recommended during wet, icy or snowy conditions; arriving during daylight is best. Cell service can be spotty, so download directions before arrival.



CARE DURING YOUR STAY

Our local team prepares the cabin before each arrival. If anything needs attention, message us as soon as you notice it, with a photo if practical, so we can help.



SAFETY & MONITORING

Exterior security cameras monitor entry points only. Noise monitors measure decibel levels without recording conversations. These devices help protect the property and support a quiet, respectful stay.



PLEASE KNOW BEFORE BOOKING



SUPPLIES

Fresh bed linens, bath towels, washcloths, kitchen towels and hand soap are provided. Starter supplies include one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, one kitchen trash bag, one dishwasher detergent pod and dishwashing liquid. Please plan additional supplies for your group and length of stay, including coffee, toiletries and laundry detergent.



PROPERTY RULES

A grill is not provided. Guests may not bring or use portable grills or other open-flame cooking equipment at the property. The cabin uses a septic system; flush toilet paper only.



RENTAL AGREEMENT

The primary renter must be at least 25 years old, remain at the property throughout the reservation, and sign the rental agreement within 24 hours of booking.



Key terms include a maximum occupancy of 12 guests; no pets, smoking, vaping, hookah, parties, or events; check-in after 4:00 p.m.; and checkout by 10:00 a.m.



Unauthorized pets or smoking may result in a $500 charge, extraordinary cleaning is charged at $75 per hour, and unauthorized late checkout is charged at $25 per 15 minutes. The cancellation policy displayed at checkout on the applicable booking platform controls.
