Really nice unit, perfect for the work trip I had. Plenty of space to stay with coworkers but not feel stuck to them. View of the stream out back is awesome, and got to see the salmon spawn, which was an extra treat.

Community was amazing I would definitely stay in Algoma again. The property was as described except I wasn't expecting so many narrow stairs to get into the unit so that was a little challenging. While linens were fresh and clean, the floor visually looked clean but left our feet and socks with a dark grime. There were also a few areas of the kitchen that weren't very clean. We were only given 2 extra rolls of tp for a place for 8 people..so we had to make a stop somewhere.The kayaks and outdoor area was really nice. Overall a nice stay just a few little things that would be easy changes.

Great location, great host, room sizes were great and nice amount of seating inside and out. Kitchen could have better cooking utensils and more pans for cooking for 8.

Great location to stay near Door County. The home was clean and had everything that we could possibly need.The only thing to be aware of is the steep stairs that lead up to the entry door. For great food that's very reasonably priced, check out Homestead Kitchen and Tap. We would definitely stay here again!

The place was very clean, lots of room for hanging out, and had a nice patio. Joseph was very responsive and helpful. We all enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others.

Great location for Door County Adventures!

Nice place on the river. Enough space for family. Great are with a Winery and Brewery within a few miles.

Riverfront Stay

We enjoyed how close this location is to the downtown area. We were able to walk to the local area, shops, and the festivities taking place during our stay. This second floor rental offered spacious bedrooms and two full bathrooms with a nice fire pit pad and easy access to the river for kayaking. The host was very responsive and has essential kitchen dish-ware and appliances. We truly enjoyed stay and would consider coming back!!

Great place to stay

We really enjoyed the unit. My husband loved the fishing. Each unit has a very nice outdoor space. There was an electrical problem in the building and the owner and manager were great with letting us know what was going on and getting it fixed.

Nice Getaway

This was the perfect place to be somewhat near Door County. We walked to nearby restaurants, the brewery and winery. We drove up to Door County each day, it was a bit of a hike, but not horrible. Everything was as it is pictured. It was perfect for 2 couples and 3 adult children.

the perfect hidden gem getaway

our friend group loved our trip to Algoma! the quaintest little town with much to do around the area. we especially loved the coffee shops in town! Joseph was so kind and helpful, and we would definitely stay here again. would recommend it to anyone looking for a hidden gem getaway :)

Too good to be true.

Joseph was an excellent host. Responded immediately with clear and concise answers to my few questions. The house was perfect. We decided to stay outside of Green Bay and see the rural side of things and it was all we hoped for. The kitchen had everything you needed if cooking is in your plans and it sure is with my family. It was like being home. Dinner around the table and full of anticipation to see something new. The people in Green Bay and the surrounding area were awesome. Just a great trip. Correction …the trip was awesome. Buccaneers 34 Packers 20!!

Very charming property and very clean

This is a very lovely property and we had a very nice stay. This is an apartment and has the entire second floor at the top of a steep set of covered stairs. The building looks newly refurbished and the unit is very nicely decorated in grey and white with vinyl floors and is very clean. The unit has use of the backyard with fire pit and kayaks for the creek behind the house. The owners include many nice extras such as toilet paper, soap and paper towels. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes and a few pots. The town of Algoma is very quaint and quiet with a small harbor. A Viking cruise ship is stopping in Algoma 8 times this summer. Anything in Door County is at least a 30-60 minute drive from here.
