This property is a little slice of heaven on earth, with its quaint charm and beautiful waterfront view. The hosts were fantastic. Breakfast was casual and delicious. It was a nice walk, passing lovely historic homes, from the house to the downtown.

Very comfortable accommodations and extremely nice owners. The location is great with some beautiful views. Just a short walk to town. I would definitely recommend this to anyone and would welcome a return myself.

Awesome stay

This place is fantastic — an amazing view outside the backyard overlooking the water. Linley and Anton were the most friendly and lovely hosts, providing breakfast and restaurant recs. Would definitely stay here again next time we visit Sag Harbor!

Wonderful stay

Anton and Linley couldn’t have been more welcoming. Relaxing on the deck, watching the birds and beautiful water views was a great way to unwind. Great breakfasts and an overall wonderful stay.

Wonderful Stay

We had such a great weekend . Beautiful house and gardens, Large and comfortable room, Anton and Linley were so friendly and gracious. We felt immediately at home. We look forward to our return to Sag Harbor, and would love to Stay here again

Best rental experience!

I loved every minute of my stay! Hosts Linley and Anton made me feel so welcome and the accommodations were above and beyond my expectations and the location could not have been more perfect! I can't wait to go back!

Terrific!!

I was there with my adult daughter. The hosts could NOT have been nicer! They gave us lots of tips on local places and supplied us with tons of food in the am! They also do boat cruises around the harbor. We took one which was super fun. Anton- the host - pointed out boats owned by Hollywood stars and famous musicians. We will definitely be back!

A great stay in Sag Harbor

Anton and Linley were great hosts and their home was a wonderful place to stay. It is a short walk from downtown. Our room was clean and comfortable. The view from the back porch was beautiful and peaceful with a lovely view of the water. A very gracious accommodation. We will be back!

Beautiful garden!

Linley has the greenest thumbs on Long Island! Anton was totally entertaining. You couldn't find a better host and hostess. The location was perfect and the sunsets were breathtaking! Even if you aren't a bird lover, you will find a new appreciation for bird watching!

Amazing

The b&b was beautiful walking distance to town but u felt like u r in your own private sanctuariy. The gardens, the water vistas and birds were amazing. Excellent hosts really recommend this place.

a perfect place to get away and relax

Anton and Linley, the hosts, enjoy having guests and do everything they can to make you comfortable. Their house is ideally situated on a cove--the views out the back are amazing. Ever hour of the day there is something new to see. Great birdwatching and sunsets. Definitely take advantage of the kayaking. You won't regret it.

Sag Harbor

Anton and Linley’s home is perfect. The cleanliness and space were beyond my expectations. They are a charming couple who provide a perfect home away from home. We absolutely loved it all and would highly recommend it to anyone interested in visiting this beautiful and quaint area. Romantic home on the water

Are hosts, Anton and Lindly, lovingly restored a historic home right on the edge of Upper Sag Cove, just a short walk from downtown Sag Harbor. Upon our arrival we immediately borrowed one of their many kayaks, and water shoes, and shoved off for a 2 hour glide upon the water. Their home oozes with charm and the idyllic setting and specimen plantings just add to the experience. They served us the first healthy breakfasts we have had on our extended vacation and we sat and chatted for hours with them as we listened to jazz music and took in the waterfront view from their living room and deck. We would highly recommend their home and will return the next time we travel to the Hamptons

Amazing Location and So Home-y!

We loved our stay at this B&B! It really felt like home, the way Anton and Linley opened it up to us. The views from the backyard are amazing, and the kayaks were so fun to take out! Awesome location - quick walk into town. We would love to come back!

Hidden Gem

Stayed here for a long weekend with friends. It was absolutely perfect. Definitely a special place. Hosts are so welcoming and pleasant. Highly recommend!
