Great family get away

Great house for a family of 4 to spread out. The pool area was nice to have a few local family members come for dinner as well. The house is clean and exactly as listed. The neighborhood is quiet and close to Tarpon Springs, Tampa, and Clear Water. I would definitely stay again.

Perfect Vacation

The house was beautiful and private. The pool was warm and clean. The location was perfect to hit Tampa, Clearwater, and other surrounding places. Short jaunt to the warm Gulf beaches. It was exactly what we needed for our vacation!

Perfect Vacation Getaway

This home was above and beyond our expectations. Alex and Deni are very welcoming hosts. The house was very clean and had everything and anything to make for a comfortable stay. Deni even had a wonderful snack basket for our arrival. Can't wait to come back.

Clearwater Vacation

My 9 yr old son really enjoyed the pool. He was in it every chance he got. This home is in a nice neighborhood and close to everything you would need. The home is also close to the beaches we love to visit. The home was clean and the host was quick to respond to any messages. The snacks that were left were nice to munch on during the week or take with us on our travels. The only negative I would give would be the entryway (outside) needs a cleaning and wasps are starting to make nests around the entry way as well. To be fair, I did not message the host about the wasps because they did not cause us any issues. I would stay here again! Thank you Deni for allowing my family to use your home for our much needed vacation!

Great Communication and Instructions

The inside of the house was very clean. The front porch could use some cleaning and attention. We found it a little odd that most if not all switches on the wall were upside down. Only 1 layout chair by the pool. I will say that communication to the owner was great and responses were almost immediate. Instructions were left on the kitchen counter for easy reading and guidance. We would stay here again if coming to this area.

Wonderful Palm Harbor Home

Deni and Alex lovely hosts -arrived to a basket of welcome treats and cold water in the fridge and house looked just as VRBO listing. House was spotless, spacious and very well equipped with beach chairs, bikes , pool items and beach towels etc. Hosts were very helpful and easy to reach . We will definitely be back.

Palm Harbor Private Home

Deni was a wonderful host, we were met with a personal note and basket of goodie’s. She was quick to respond to inquiries or concerns. She made recommendations on restaurants, site seeing and even a good hair salon. We stayed for the month of February and the time went by entirely to fast. We would definitely book again in the future.

Fun Christmas

When we arrived there were snacks and cold water waiting for us. It was so nice as we landed and drove right to house. We had an amazing time at this property. The owner was very responsive the place was clean and spacious. The pool was also an added benefit. We came to Florida to celebrate Christmas with family and as we pulled down the neighborhood for the house the whole street was decorated. It was so festive. We were very close to many nice beaches. My families favorite was Hineymoon state park as it was great for shelling and swimming. They had beach chairs and towels so that was very helpful too. We also went to Tarpon Springs was a great quaint place to walk around and learn about how we get our sponges. If you like Greek food this is the place to visit.

Superb Holiday Rental

We are an English family of 5, two parents with a 16, 18 and 21 year old. The house was perfect! Very spacious, very clean and everything needed for a great family holiday. The pool area is large and sunny with a great covered area that's perfect for an evening BBQ chilling by the pool. Deni and Alex are great communicators, the welcome basket and card were lovely. Location is perfect, we had a hire car and could be on the beach in 10 minutes or Busch Gardens (highly recommended) in 35 minutes. Downton Tampa is 40 minutes. Great restaurants nearby and a Walmart just round the corner (think of Tesco meets Asda and Woolworths!). I cannot recommend highly enough and we are saving to go back next year!

Blue Dolphin Rental

We throughly enjoyed our recent visit at the Blue Dolphin property in Palm Harbor. The home is attractively furnished with all new appliances, furniture, and decorations. It was very clean and had lots of supplies and even some snacks. The pool area is quite attractive and well maintained. The pool was a little cold for swimming but we knew this would be the case. The area is conveniently located with parks, beaches, and other attractions nearby. Be aware that the area beach parks sustained damage from the hurricanes in the fall. Sunset Beach is fine, Howard beach is ok, but the restrooms are closed. Honeymoon Island beach is partially closed as are the pavilions. Caladesi is closed altogether. The sponge docks and the restaurants are fine. All in all our stay great and a welcome relief from the winter weather at home. Bob and Carol B

Home away from home in Palm Harbor

Came down to the Gulf Coast area to get out of the cold and what a wonderful time we had. The proberty is spacious, comfortable and clean. We were greated with a lovely welcome note and a basket of our favorite snacks. How she knew they were our favorite I have no idea but we enjoyed them. We had everything we needed. The property is close to restaurants and retail but also close to the numerous community parks and beaches - just a short drive. It's location in the cul de sac is very private. Our host was also very accomodationg and responsive. We would definitely stay here again. Our only wish would be for a heated pool. It looked very inviting but the water was too cold. Othewise a definite 5 star experience
