Peaceful lake retreat

The cottage is located on a peninsula on Rose Lake. This property is not on the water but does have water views from the backyard patio area with just one row of houses separating you from the lake.
Your group will have plenty of seating in the living room with a brand new sectional sofa. There is also a smart TV in the living room with Netflix access, or you are welcome to log in to your own personal apps for viewing. There is wifi access allowing internet connection throughout the house. We have a desk area that offers a workspace if you find yourself needing to take care of some business during your time away from home.
The kitchen is fully stocked if you wish to cook yourselves a meal during your stay. If you prefer to take the night off, there is food delivery available from several restaurants in Coldwater. Enjoy a hot cup of coffee on the back patio in the morning and watch the lake come alive.
Each bedroom offers a king bed with a brand new mattress ensuring you a restful night. Both bedrooms also have smart TVs with Netflix access.
The couch is large enough for extra group members to sleep for the night, or there is a blow up queen size mattress if needed. Window AC units are present in both bedrooms as well as the living room easily cooling down the house on those hot summer days.
Outside on the back patio are several chairs offering a shaded seat under our large tree with water views. This cottage is on a quiet road that offers a sense of immediate relaxation when outside and gives you ample opportunity to take in the nature and wildlife sights.
The public boat launch is just 5 minutes away. Shopping at the outlets or a trip to Coldwater are both just 15 minute car rides.
This house is our own personal retreat to get away from the hustle and bustle of busy life at home; we are excited to welcome you to enjoy your own piece of relaxation when you stay here and hope you find the home to be the same calming, peaceful escape that we do.
