The home is set up to be able to host up to 6 people.
Master bedroom has a king bed, one of the bedrooms
has a queen bed, the other one has 2 twin beds. There
are 2 and half bathrooms, 2bathtubs.
We carry all items you would need from a fully
stocked kitchen.
The home has a laundry area with a washer and a dryer.
Sit back and relax in the living room with TV, 2 comfy
couches and a coffe table.
This is a safe, friendly, peaceful neighborhood.
Additionally we do have a ring camera that records
sound upon motion.
Guest access
The entire home is available for our guests except for
storage next to the stairs.
We provide guests with the code to the keypad on the
front door to have easy access to home.

The home is also pet friendly with $95 non-refundable fee per trip.
Guests will be charged extra $250 penalty if they smoke at home or make the party(event).

Home away from home

This house gave the balance my family needed in our time of need. The owner was very responsive when the air went out and had it fixed promptly. I highly recommend staying at this property.

We were in town for a wedding. This home happened to be on the same street as my sister, so it worked out wonderfully. So much room and very clean.

Lots of room and close to J'ville.

House has lots of room as noted in listing. Minor issues were addressed by manager who were very prompt in their communication. I'll rent again, given the opportunity.

Dirty not maintained at all.

I was completely disappointed with this place. It was filthy. It’s a shame because it’s a beautiful house but not kept clean at all. Microwave door handle was broken, the oven was filthy, there were blinds missing from sliding door, the carpet upstairs was stained EVERYWHERE with what looks like animal pee or poo. Sorry for leaving this ugly review but maybe this way they clean the place for the next guests. So disappointed. :(

Nice property great location for visiting our Marine son.

Prperty manage/owner was very flexible with our dates as we were visiting our son on his return from a deployment. The dates were changed 4 times and lucky us the property manager/ owner had no issues moving our dates and then adding a few days last minute. The property has a wonderful back yard that our elderly lab Baylee loved. Beds were clean, kitchen was stocked with necessities. There was some wear and stains in the carpet butt it was not dirty. There were no cleaning products but we've done this often and brought our own. It was overall a wonderful place to stay. Close to area restaurants and shopping and just 15 minutes to Camp Lejeune.

House poorly maintained, listing not accurate

My family stayed here for Christmas while we visited some relatives nearby, and we were really disappointed with how poorly the house was maintained. The pictures are not accurate to what the house really looks like. Here are some of the things we noticed: poorly patched holes in the walls, carpet destroyed with massive stains, no handle on microwave, dishwasher not mounted properly and trays have no wheels, very few pots and pans, tons of missing/broken lights, almost all the furniture was extremely wobbly and unusable, water pressure was awful and the showerhead is not mounted properly and fell off with every use, fence had massive gaps that small dogs can easily get though, no spare blankets and paper thin comforters on the beds, garage filled with junk and the ping pong table had a headboard instead of a net and paddles were broken. Would highly discourage anyone from staying here.

House could use some deep cleaning and upgrades

We made do with this home for our trip. Several things wrong. Two dining room chairs, the backs were broken and was a safety hazard. Microwave handle was broken off and just laying on the counter when we arrived. Two chairs in the living room along with the coffee table were unstable (very loose and couldn’t use). The carpet upstairs was TERRIBLY stained. No one could even think about walking around with bare feet. There was an obvious patch in the carpet in front of the laundry room. It was not remotely the same color. Blinds were broken. One of the bathroom doors to the master bathroom was cracked.

The property was very well kept, the only thing to complain about was the master bathroom.. the toilet had a super high pitch screeching sound that would happen almost every hour.. and there was stains and wall damage … like someone is re doing it ( that’s just me letting you know we didn’t do anything to cause property damage. There is also a huge fire ant mound next to the fire pit (left side) and thought that should be brought up… very small things but it felt like home and was a pleasant experience through the booking to checking out

My experience

Big house lots of potential. Didn’t get check in information until 1 hour before time to check in. No welcome packet in home. Trash can filled when arrived and stayed that way the three days there. Grass was very long the whole weekend. Bird nest on front porch with LOTS of poop to look at. Carpet stained thru out home. No idea how renter wanted things done when leaving. Pieces of the blinds missing on back sliding door. Experience could have been better. However I enjoyed my time with my marine. The home was clean otherwise. I would stay if I had to but there’s many other places I would consider first.

Great neighborhood rental has great potential

This property sits in a very nice quiet neighborhood with close proximity to everything. We rented this property for 5 adults and 1 child to stay in while attending a retirement and a sweet 16 party. We just used it to sleep and shower so it was good for that. The rooms are very spacious and well laid out. The fenced in back yard was great for our 2 little dogs. This property was CLEAN!!!!Now for the reason I did not give this property a 5-star review…The first thing we noticed when walking in was the handle on the microwave door was missing, and 2 of the dining room table chairs we were afraid to even sit in due to the backs already being broken on them. The carpets upstairs are stained in several places.(as I stated earlier the property was clean. You could tell they had been vacuumed over before, so it was not like they were just dirty. Looks like a red drink was spilled in the game room and white spots in the hallway by the laundry area so possibly bleach stains). A few lights didn’t work but didn’t bother us as we were there to sleep primarily (probably bad bulbs), and the grills on the patio were dirty ( the barrel style grill was full of ash and paper, had a pop tart in it and cigarette butts in it, again we were not going to use them so no issue to me)As I stated, the inside was very clean and worked for what we needed.Would I rent this property again? Absolutely yes because the issues were minor things that did not affect our stay.

It Was Okay

The location of our stay was great as we were visiting a family member at Camp Lejeune. We chose this house because we wanted to make our stay feel like a true vacation getaway. It seemed perfect in pictures and we really had to save our money for this splurge. The house was just not up to our expectations, unfortunately. We do not wish to be rude in any way, however, there were many things about the house that were disappointing. Toilet paper holders were falling off the wall, the carpets had lots of stains both upstairs and downstairs, there was a dirty bird nest on the front porch with very aggressive birds that would dart at us upon entry and exit, walls appeared to be patched many times over. Essentially not the “vacation home” experience we thought we were paying for. It was still fine. The important things worked like air conditioning, warm water, clean linens, etc. it was just a bummer that we saved our money to make this trip happen. The owner was very kind and we had great communication with them. We wish nothing ill, just wish it could have been a better experience.

Great Homecoming

Rented for deployment homecoming. It met our needs. We brought additional kitchen supplies as what you see in the pictures are accurate to what is available. We also brought our own all-purpose cleaner as we had a 4 yo with us (spills happen). This was also a good call. Communication was GREAT and we had a really good time.

Clean, Safe neighborhood

Spacious house, perfect for a family. Comfortable beds & linens. Loved the toiletries (hands soaps, shampoos & conditioners included). Would absolutely return. Game room & ping pong table in great condition!
