This 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom home has been set up with much care and detail for guest to stay and enjoy their time with family in this beautiful home. The backyard offers outdoor games, a covered seating area and for cool nights a fire pit with hanging hammock chairs to sit around the warmth and enjoy some s'mores or hot chocolate and at night enjoy the view of the stars. The home is just on the outskirts of Jacksonville
-4 mins to Rock Creek Golf and Country club🏌️‍♂️
- 10 mins to western for any shopping or dinning needs

Best Place in Jacksonville

This place is home away from home. Beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean! Located close to shops and restaurants in downtown Jacksonville. The atmosphere makes you feel you are on a private retreat. Very relaxing yet a great place to gather with family.

Best VRBO I’ve stayed in for years

House looked brand new and was extremely clean with tons of amenities and an outdoor fire pit. Quiet family neighborhood halfway between Richlands and Jacksonville. Host was very quick to respond with questions. Excellent experience!!

Homecoming

We came from New Jersey to see my Marine son who returned from deployment. The house was perfect for enjoyable family time. It had all the amenities that we were looking for The neighborhood was so clean. It was very close to Camp Lejeune. I would definitely recommend it and would love to reserve it again on our next visit with my son

Dream home

Loved the house, loved the location, loved the outdoor sitting area,the smores,the game room. I loved everything about this house. It was clean,the floor plan and location of the home was great. Privacy fence all the way around. Loved it. I will definitely be staying again on my next trip up.

Family vacation

This cute house was awesome. Had most of the amenities we needed. Could have used a cooler for the beach, potato peeler, more towels, dish towel/rags and papertowels. But i know where the store is, lol! Over all it was awesome. Thank you for your hospitality....

Perfect family getaway

Traveling with 3 kids is not always easy to find a comfortable place where all kids and adults are happy, but this home was perfect! We had plenty of space for everyone to enjoy their time. The little loved the yard and available games, and the smart tvs made it perfect for them to find their favorite shows at quiet time. The labels on all of the cabinets is a small detail, but helps with making the stay even less of a hassle. My husband and I loved the fire pit and ability to snuggle up on the couch and watch the kids play. Overall this place was perfectly described on the website and we would most definitely stay again!

Perfect Family Getaway!

My family and I recently stayed at 319 Holly Grove Ct, and it was an absolutely delightful experience! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and at home. The home was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated with modern amenities. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals. The living room was comfortable and inviting, and we definitely enjoyed the game room. The bedrooms were spacious, and the beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep. The host, Alexa, was fantastic and responsive, providing clear instructions and helpful tips. Overall, our stay at the Holly Grove act was unforgettable, and we can’t wait to return. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable getaway.

What a beautiful place!

This property was absolutely beautiful, and the homeowners thought of everything! There's a gym, she had supplies for stores, all of the cleaning and washing products, a beautiful patio and games to play in the backyard, a fireplace with firewood and stores, everything! We had family coming in from all over the country, and everyone was comfortable and accommodated with this space. We had a small issue with entry, but the host answered and rectified the issue immediately. Highly recommend this property and this host.
