Pool and jacuzzi right outside of the condo, grilling area as well as tennis courts and and exercise room. 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms in this condo, with a queen size sleeper couch. Laundry is located in the building, there is one reserved parking space as well

April 2025 Stay with friends

We had a good stay. We were glad the unit was on the ground floor. Parking was a bit of a walk from the unit. It was very quiet even though it is right next to the pool.There were a couple of minor issues with the host due to lack of information up front that would have been helpful. I let Alex know about what we would have appreciated knowing up front to make finding the unit and parking easier. I think these issues will be taken care of with others going forward. I would definitely recommend this unit and this host.

Quick 3 night stay in Scottsdale

We found the unit was as advertisedAnd we would consider to return to it. The location ext to the pool made for good entertainment. The unit’s 2 br 2 bathroom set up gave everyone their space.

Great Scottsdale Location

Very nice, comfortable condo in central Scottsdale. Near the ballpark, restaurants and shops! Two bedroom, two baths plus a sofa bed! Pool, bbq! Great communications by the owner. Shaded parking spot kept our car cool in the warm AZ weather. Loved it!!

Great Value

This unit was very clean with updated appliances. The host was most accommodating to us and quick to respond. The property included a nice swimming pool and hot tub along with two really nice grills. I would definitely stay here again!

Five days in a cozy unit ?

Host was amazing communicating in a timing manner! However the unit it self was not very clean. All floors and shower doors look like they haven't been clean in months. The patio has a brick wall around it and hasn't been clean either! The complex itself was run down! Scottsdale didn't disappoint!. Beautiful weather in February!

Great stay!

This was a great place to stay for a short weekend in the Phoenix area. Host communications was fast, the place was clean, and its location was super convenient. Will stay again!

This property is definitely not one of the better places I have rented in the area. The buildings are older and somewhat dated. You can see light around the entrance door at night. There was an issue with one of the beds and I contacted the property owner. This is meant with no disrespect but I would not stay there ag

Weekend stay

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean, comfortable, and is in a great location. Host was very accomadating. My only suggestion I would have is for the host to let future guests know the condo number and share wifi password. Will absolutely recommend this property

Scottsdale near Old Town

Although this property was much older and in a busier area than expected, there was a lot of lush landscaping to brighten up the outside common spaces. The unit could have been cleaner and better equipped but overall worked fine for a short stay. The location is convenient to many area destinations.

We were in town for a wedding and found the location to be very central to all the venues we visited and the airport. The building was a bit old but the suite was clean and updated. The pool and hot tub was really nice and we spent alot of time soaking up the sun. Had a private parking spot too. Only issue was lack of dish cloths, towels, ran out of bathroom tissue. Some direction on laundry and appliance use would be good too.

Convenient condo near Old Town Scottsdale

Small, older, but nice 2 bedroom apartment in a convenient to Old Town location with use of a pool. Carpets and some upholstery on couches had stains. Quilts on beds were worn. Furniture was nothing fancy, but adequate. Host responded to two phone calls almost immediately and was very responsive to questions. He was very pleasant to talk with. The kitchen and bathrooms were good. We would definitely consider staying here again.

If you are looking for a great place to stay in Scottsdale, I highly recommend this condo! Easy walk to Old Town, nicely renovated condo, very comfortable! 1000 times better than a hotel! Great host!

Clean, close, & comfortable for the budget conscious

Clean, comfortable, good price and close to Old Town. Good communication and planning from the owner. If you’re looking to do Scottsdale on a budget, this works great. Decent unit but the rest of the development is showing some age, and this part of Scottsdale isn’t the most family-friendly for those traveling with kids.

Not as advertised

The pool is ice cold and unusable. We were informed by residents that the heater has not been working for months. Would have been nice to know since it definitely would have made a difference on booking. Would have chosen a different VRBO. Contacted owner and received a "I'm sorry about the pool, that is not ideal" The HOA is aware" To me that means the owner is aware as well meaning the property amenities are not as advertised. Also, there were bugs in the kitchen drawers. Owner responded with, "I have a spray guy come once a month and he was just there, I wonder if it's from that." Disappointing that no resolution was offered other than excuses and acknowledgement that the rental was sub-par.
